You spoke with us & accommodated us for the issues we had, very THANKFUL!! We were very patient at first when our food came out before we even had our waters & drinks brought out & they were ordered 1st. But that Cream of Crab soup??10/10. We will return fingers?crossed the wait serve will be better just MORE Communication between them.Parking: It's best to arrive early parking in the 1st lot fills up fast. But there is an overflow lot across the street

This is my second time ever coming and I had such a amazing experience, our waiter Rachel was so so so kind and such a good energy to be around, the food is so good and the fries are seasoned so well, if your looking for a calm pet friendly place i highly recommend, the water is so calming, thank you so much rachel and the other waitresses for being so kind and welcoming, will definitely be coming backParking: We went when it wasn't very crowded towards the first days of the weeks being open instead of weekends and there was plenty of parking and I will say I have been there while it was crowded and they have multiple spare parking lots you can park in to get to tiki'sKid-friendliness: It is so kid friendly I saw many kids playing in the sand and just generally enjoying there time there not to mention there are some alcoholic drinks that are virgin I got a virgin Bayside tiki including pineapple juice orange juice and coconut cream,

Surprisingly good food. Expected standard bar fare but it was much better than that. Cream of crab best we've had in a while. Not Just thick white stuff, interesting, complex and lots of crab. Our waitress was a real plus for our birthday fest.

Thank you Tiki Lee's for your first responder appreciation and support. The service was great. My group moved twice, the 1st from the outdoor patio due to rain and the 2nd because nature wanted to join us for lunch. The ladies were very understanding and accommodating. The food and drinks were great and we plan to return tomorrow to round out 2024 TCW.

Very happy to see this place open during the winter. The new menu for the winter is fantastic. We’ve been here twice the last two weekends. Table service was fantastic the first weekend. Bar service was abysmal. Dana was very inattentive and on her phone the whole time we were there except when she was telling us the inner workings of the company. According to her, all the managers need to be replaced, the regional manager is stupid and the owner is an idiot. She is going to fire everyone and start over before the summer, which is a shame because the service has always been great except with her.Staff in general is hard to find, but in some cases like this one, you are better being short staffed than having a negative, condescending employee as a manager and bartender.With regards to the drinks. She made me the same drink twice with different vodkas. The first tasted great, the second was horrible. And if the menu says Smirnoff, use Smirnoff both times you make a drink, not some cheap wellLiquor the second time.

First time visiting this place, honest opinion, the environment was amazing. Poor service, took forever to follow up, the guys were more interested in showing off their tattoos to each other over serving us, and one of them came off kind of racist, which I never try to look for in a person, but overall great establishment.Kid-friendliness: There’s actually an upper pier designed strictly for the kids to play and swim, genus!
