The art on the walls, the perfectly displayed pastries, the adorable knickknacks, and even the toilet paper holder in the bathroom, every detail reflects the love and thoughtfulness of the owner.
When you visit, you’re not just a customer you’re warmly welcomed, and treated like a guest in someone’s home. Sarah, the owner, personally made my strawberry cold foam matcha. I’m usually sensitive to dairy, but she made sure to use only the best, highest-quality ingredients, and I felt great after. No shortcuts here.
The matcha? Smooth, balanced, and just sweet enough. One of the best matcha experiences I’ve had on the East Coast! if not ever!!
You can truly feel the heart and soul that’s been poured into Cafe Luli. This place is a gem in Baltimore, and I will absolutely be back.

I went to cafe Luli for the first time today! I got the Nutella croissant, which was perfection. It had flaky buttery layers, the right amount of Nutella, and a nice dusting of powdered sugar and hazelnut pieces on top. I got an iced oatmilk latte which was also great! They had homemade syrups available for the coffee. The purchase was a little expensive, but it’s worth it since they use excellent quality ingredient. There was room to sit upstairs with multiple small circular tables. The tables had cute bouquets of paper flowers! The service was great- friendly employees and got our order quickly. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

You can feel the inspiration and energy when you walk in. The staff are kind and friendly and the food was beyond spectacular. You will not find a better chocolate chip cookie and the ham and cheese croissant was to die for. Not only will I be coming back and visiting on a weekly basis, this will be part of my routine. A new spot that exceeded my expectations! My latte was so silky smooth! Grabbed a warm chocolate-chunk cookie (gooey pockets of chocolate everywhere) and an “everything” croissant dripping with melty cheese. Chef’s-kiss good.
The edgy, gallery-worthy art sprinkled around makes hanging out here feel effortlessly cool. Top it off with staff who greet you like an old friend, and you’ve got a spot that’s impossible not to love. See you again soon, Luli!
