Our server seemed a little rushed and curt. My husband ordered prawns but the beef tips were brought out for him. The food was fine, but a bit overpriced for what you get. We had indicated it was our anniversary dinner when making the reservation but there wasn't even a mention of it from anyone, from the hostess to the server. The setting is lovely, but we probably won't be back.
Kitchen overcooked medium rare steak first time, and even the second time. Thank goodness the waitress was awesome!
The drinks were very well done and food was wonderful. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the risotto was outstanding!
I planned to order the rockfish or crab cakes. Unfortunately the restaurant had changed the menu and neither item was available. Instead we ordered red snapper and beef tips. The fish was overcooked, dry and very salty. The beef tips were better but portion was very small and did not include vegetables, only beef and some instant mashed potatoes.
Nice place will come back

Wow!!! I can’t even write a comment about the food or drink because we had an experience we have never experienced in all our years of going out to a bar/restaurant!!
Our friends highly recommended this place so we thought we would start with grabbing a drink and light meal or app at the bar.
We sat down at the very relatively small bar. There were four other patrons there eating and drinking. The “Chef” was standing there opening a bottle of red wine , never acknowledged us or even looked our way to say hello. He was busy swirling the bottle and then PUTTING IT UP TO HIS NOSE to smell it several times.
He was there for several minutes and then a woman came out, spoke with him and got the patrons another drink and stated something about them being regulars.
She also never looked our way, said hello or acknowledged our presence at all!! She also proceeded to go back to the kitchen area I guess.
We waited another 5 minutes and then left, total time sitting there about 10-12 minutes.
We continued onto Knoxies Table and sat outside and had drinks and cocktails. We commented to our waitress about our terrible experience and she said, OMG she and her husband went there for their anniversary celebration and didn’t enjoy their experience. “ Everyone was so pretentious.”
Tooo bad! The grounds and hotel/ restaurant are beautiful but you don’t win return customers by keeping your nose in the air or not acknowledging them at all, people will remember you and return by how they were treated and how special you made their evening feel!!!

Nice spot in quiet setting inside an Inn on Kent Island. The Salmon was great as were the scallops with Risotto.
We totally enjoyed happy hour at 18Twenty! $5 apps included cream of crab soup, delicious mussels! My husband and I shared the beef tips which were tender and delicious. Service was very good. We sat outside on the patio overlooking Thompson Creek. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with native plants. We will definitely return!
We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Chastity during our dinner last night, and she was phenomenal! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel completely welcome and taken care of. Her energy was upbeat and genuine, and she had just the right balance of attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meal. She knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without ever feeling intrusive. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests having a great experience. Chastity turned an already great meal into a memorable night—we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her! Thank you, Chastity!

Very nice and relaxing place on the Eastern Shore . Something a little different than your crab houses ( which are good) but sometimes you want just a nice relaxing evening that you Can wear a cocktail dress to. The Food was good and better than many places - Not a wow with each bite - but good. I hope to be back and bring family because of the beautiful setting and great customer service

We went on a Sunday for my birthday. They advertised a date night special. Three courses for 40$ a person. When we showed up, they let us know that the chef had left of they only had two things from the date night special. Which I understand, things happen. We both got burgers. They were greasy and left us feeling disgusting. It was very disappointing food experience. The staff service was fine.
There were 4 of us and all of our meals were very salty especially the crab cakes. Place is beautiful and our server was very nice and catering but the kitchen was very slow, it took a long time to get our dinners.
Diogo the restaurant manager is amazing

The hostess had nothing to say to us as she showed us to our table. The food was par with a Denny's, did not have flavor and the presentation was lacking.
We went on Sunday night for their date night offering. It was a fixed price menu, and the menu had a little bit of everything that worked for meat, eaters, and seafood eaters. The food was great, and dessert was also with the crème brûlée. After dinner, we stroll the grounds And enjoy the scenery. We will definitely be back.
