Avanti Pizzeria, Trattoria and Market

We had an amazing meal last night at Avanti. The specials were excellent: the escargot appetizer, the spinach fettuccine with seafood, and the Cavalli with sausage and broccoli rabe. As always the service was great as well. Can't wait to go back to Avanti!

My gf and I really enjoyed having dinner here on our way to OC. I loved the crust and sauce on mine and she thought the Bianca was great. The lemon cream cake for desert was like homemade. Wish they had one near home. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try if you’re in the area.

Incredible pasta. Best we've had on our frequent visits to Kent Island. Excellent friendly service as well. Specials were also very good. We are anxious to return.

A few weeks ago I told my husband I was in the mood for a really good sandwich and he grabbed one from Avanti and man it hit the spot!! It was SOO good! We’ve been back several times since then to grab a sandwich or two and delicious fries! We are looking forward to trying their other menu items, I can’t imagine them being anything short of delicious!!

Great place. They truly care about their hand made food. A great place to eat.

Great food , cozy dining area, although a bit cramped.
Sadly the young lady at the reception must be the most miserable person ever, extremely unwelcoming and rude. She has been very off putting, ever since they opened, and it doesn't make for a good 1st impression.

Unbelievable the differences in reviews!!! I’d say try it for yourself or you will miss out!! My family and I have been eating here for years. We love it! The food is GREAT! The service is too!! It’s a small place, but even when they are busy you do not wait long. I love their food!!!

This small restaurant is a hidden gem just off the main highway. It can easily compete with the best Italian restaurants in the big city and is definitely worth the detour. The pasta Bolognese was absolutely delicious, and the pizza was a true gourmet experience.

Ordered a Caprese panini with mozzarella, tomatoe, and basil and it was probably one of the worst paninis I’ve tried to eat. The tomatoes were bland and not ripe and whoever made my sandwich put the stem parts of the tomatoe in my panini. It didn’t even have basil on it. The only appetizing part of it was the bread, and even that was soggy. I’ve gotten food here before and they aren’t always consistent, sometimes the food is good but the past couple times have been a big miss. Won’t be coming here again unfortunately.
