Stopped by for take out brisket tacos, I think they were a special for the day. I hope the owners will consider adding them to the regular menu because they may be the best tacos I’ve ever had! An amazing combo of flavors and the brisket was perfect. Consistently outstanding BBQ. A real find just slightly off the beaten path.
Our family chose to have the Thanksgiving meal fully provided by Bark Barbecue Cafe. It was nothing short of AMAZING! A full smoked turkey, more flavorful than any we've ever had, and all the fixings and desserts have lasted our family of 5 adults two full days now. And we still have plenty left over. We are delighted to give Bark 5 stars. They have earned every one of them; the highest rating possible. Thank you Bark!!!
My wife brought me home a “disassembled” brisket sandwich to try out. What turned out to be a spur of the moment stop. Is now going to be must “go to” BBQ stop. Definitely get your moneys worth, and the brisket is one of,if not, the best brisket sandwiches I have had. I am excited to try other things on the menu next time.
