I don’t know whether there was a change in management, lack of training or no supervision, whatever has happened; I can say that I will never make another purchase from this store!
The first order, I spent 50.00 on pizza, and additional sides. The sides: chicken wings, pasta, etc, were great; however, the pizza was horrible! It was way over cooked, almost burnt! It was like eating cardboard! Couldn’t taste sauce, and the cheese was brown, parts bubbled up (hard). It got thrown in the trash.

Even after that, when I saw the ad for their New York style pizza, and decided to give them another chance. I order a medium NY style pizza with extra cheese and sauce, and a regular pizza with extra cheese, sauce. I did thinking that even if it was over cooked, the extra cheese, sauce would compensate for it. Well, I was wrong! It was exactly like my previous order! They were way over cooked, and there was NO way that they put extra sauce and cheese on them! Plus the NY style pizza wasn’t even cut! Not that it made a difference, seeing how hard and dry everything was! 4 slices of pizza, two from each one: for two people and in the trash it went!

What a big disappointment! They have lost a loyal customer. I won’t purchase anything from this location ever!

I personally Haven't I ordered from here in a while only my kids have but I decided last night ..Pepperoni pizza was good they was just taking it out the oven when I walked in but the cheese was a different story. So flat so very flat it was like I was eating all crust. Won't order cheese again. Dissatisfied we with the cheese pizza

Our awesome Dominos guy Cameron told us - Instead of buying one small pizza for 15$ you can buy as many 5 topping large pizzas for 10.59$ (carry out only), or 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 7.99$ each. This is a game changer. Now we are customers for life. It's a great deal and the service was so awesome. We definitely only want to return to this location so we can always get awesome service and see happy faces like Cameron's. Note to manager - this guy deserves a raise.

I just wanted to give credit to the driver that delivered my pizza today, Philip. He was very kind and pleasant to speak with. I wish he could deliver my pizza every time!!

I ordered online and realized I only had a 50 dollar bill. I immediately called and spoke with some girl on the phone who assured me they had 20 dollars they carry and I said okay it’s a 20 dollar pizza but I can tip him 10 cool. And the guy gets here and says he can only Cary 10 dollars and would get in trouble to Cary more. The website also says they carry 20. I feel scammed and had to dip the driver 20 dollars…. I hope they are happy they scammed a pregnant woman. Very disappointed.

2 hour wait time on delivery and our food sat for over 1 hour. Cancelled order 💀

This was a terrible Domino's experience for me. Nobody in the store seemed to care about my order. They told me it was coming out. I patiently waited for almost 10 minutes. After realizing my name was erased from the TV screen I asked again about the order and he said "you have to wait 5 more minutes" I asked why and he said with an attitude "I don't know" then someone said my order is over here. I asked "so it's been ready the whole time?" and the employee said "I don't know" with no care or concern about me wasting my time. This store should be retrained on customer service

The online website said 38 minutes MAX but instead it took a hour and half for it to get delivered. Once Erica dropped it off it was at the wrong door and cold. I had to then brave the cold and pick it up only to find that Johnathan had made the pan pizza thinner than regular crust. It was extremely soggy and cold, I just wanted to comfort food after my grandfather died only to be disappointed.

Very poorly made sandwiches. I ordered one Cheese steak sandwich and one Mediterranean sandwich, both are disappointing, to say the least. Bitter and burnt will describe them best. I had no meat in my steak sandwich and there were four spinach leaflets & 3 banana peppers in my Mediterranean sandwich. If it could even be called a sandwich. For 7.48 $ all I got from this Domino's store was burnt sandwich bread. Thoroughly, disappointing. Will not be ordering anything from here again for sure.

Second time in a row, arrived hour and a half late and only after we called and the rude employee hung up on us when we just wanted to know what the holdup was. Guess we're going to enjoy our cold food now. Would not recommend.
