Staff and order times are extremely off! You WILL BE WAITING AN EXTRA 20-30 minutes to get your pizza, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ORDER ONLINE! The Wednesday dinner staff is extremely incompetent. Does not speak English and don’t know how to fill an order. Let alone place one or take one. They are all extremely rude and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Domino’s Pizza! They all need to be retrained at the least. Good luck!! And they don’t wash their hands either!!

Horrible. They NEVER deliver on time. I ordered online at like 6:30 am pizza wasn’t ready for pickup until 7:40. Frustrating. I feel bad because the employees are very nice but something needs to change.

Normally I don't have the greatest experience with Dominos delivery, as we've had some orders previously that were suuuuper late, and the pizza wasn't great. But tonight was completely different. I called the order in around 8:30 when we were leaving the beach. The gentleman on the phone offered the idea of a coupon deal when I told him I wanted a stuffed crust cheese pizza. He said the delivery would be about an hour, which I was fine with. Next thing I know, there's a car in my driveway. Maybe 30 minutes tops from ordering to delivery, and I'm probably 13-15 minutes from the store. That was the quickest delivery I've ever seen, and the pizza was hot, fresh, and fantastic. Delivery driver was pleasant as well. Definitely a great service tonight, and one worth commending. Thank you!

Everytime I order from this location its been ridiculous.. they either mess up the order or they forget half the order at the store and they are forever late well its the last time I order from here

If I could give this dominos 0 stars, I would.
I ordered delivery 1 time and after over 1.5 hours of my pizza not arriving, I called. Turns out they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and it was going to be here in another 30 minutes. I could’ve driven there 10x over! So I did. I drove there. My pizza was cold.

Tonight was the final straw….i ordered pizza for pick up. Watched my order on the tracker and it said it was complete and ready for pick up. Walk in to be told it would be a few more minutes. So I said “ok, I have my kids in the car can you just bring it to the curb”. They agreed.

15 minutes goes by and nothing!! All while watching them give other people pizza.

If you don’t have proper staffing and can’t actually manage a pizza shop, then close down. Absolutely awful management.

They answered laughing saying they closed early was nasty 🤣 rude attitude

The pizza we ordered last night was by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had! We ordered a large, half cheese half sausage. There was hardly any cheese on it and the sausage was like Little Rock’s! We each had one piece and threw the rest out, $23 plus tip down the drain!
