Domino's Pizza

Normally I don't have the greatest experience with Dominos delivery, as we've had some orders previously that were suuuuper late, and the pizza wasn't great. But tonight was completely different. I called the order in around 8:30 when we were leaving the beach. The gentleman on the phone offered the idea of a coupon deal when I told him I wanted a stuffed crust cheese pizza. He said the delivery would be about an hour, which I was fine with. Next thing I know, there's a car in my driveway. Maybe 30 minutes tops from ordering to delivery, and I'm probably 13-15 minutes from the store. That was the quickest delivery I've ever seen, and the pizza was hot, fresh, and fantastic. Delivery driver was pleasant as well. Definitely a great service tonight, and one worth commending. Thank you!

Everytime I order from this location its been ridiculous.. they either mess up the order or they forget half the order at the store and they are forever late well its the last time I order from here

If I could give this dominos 0 stars, I would.
I ordered delivery 1 time and after over 1.5 hours of my pizza not arriving, I called. Turns out they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and it was going to be here in another 30 minutes. I could’ve driven there 10x over! So I did. I drove there. My pizza was cold.

Tonight was the final straw….i ordered pizza for pick up. Watched my order on the tracker and it said it was complete and ready for pick up. Walk in to be told it would be a few more minutes. So I said “ok, I have my kids in the car can you just bring it to the curb”. They agreed.

15 minutes goes by and nothing!! All while watching them give other people pizza.

If you don’t have proper staffing and can’t actually manage a pizza shop, then close down. Absolutely awful management.

They answered laughing saying they closed early was nasty 🤣 rude attitude

The pizza we ordered last night was by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had! We ordered a large, half cheese half sausage. There was hardly any cheese on it and the sausage was like Little Rock’s! We each had one piece and threw the rest out, $23 plus tip down the drain!

Order 3 hrs before you want to see the pizza

The worst. Take your order, take your money and then not show up. Kent Island,

I don’t know whether there was a change in management, lack of training or no supervision, whatever has happened; I can say that I will never make another purchase from this store!
The first order, I spent 50.00 on pizza, and additional sides. The sides: chicken wings, pasta, etc, were great; however, the pizza was horrible! It was way over cooked, almost burnt! It was like eating cardboard! Couldn’t taste sauce, and the cheese was brown, parts bubbled up (hard). It got thrown in the trash.

Even after that, when I saw the ad for their New York style pizza, and decided to give them another chance. I order a medium NY style pizza with extra cheese and sauce, and a regular pizza with extra cheese, sauce. I did thinking that even if it was over cooked, the extra cheese, sauce would compensate for it. Well, I was wrong! It was exactly like my previous order! They were way over cooked, and there was NO way that they put extra sauce and cheese on them! Plus the NY style pizza wasn’t even cut! Not that it made a difference, seeing how hard and dry everything was! 4 slices of pizza, two from each one: for two people and in the trash it went!

What a big disappointment! They have lost a loyal customer. I won’t purchase anything from this location ever!

I personally Haven't I ordered from here in a while only my kids have but I decided last night ..Pepperoni pizza was good they was just taking it out the oven when I walked in but the cheese was a different story. So flat so very flat it was like I was eating all crust. Won't order cheese again. Dissatisfied we with the cheese pizza

Our awesome Dominos guy Cameron told us - Instead of buying one small pizza for 15$ you can buy as many 5 topping large pizzas for 10.59$ (carry out only), or 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 7.99$ each. This is a game changer. Now we are customers for life. It's a great deal and the service was so awesome. We definitely only want to return to this location so we can always get awesome service and see happy faces like Cameron's. Note to manager - this guy deserves a raise.

I just wanted to give credit to the driver that delivered my pizza today, Philip. He was very kind and pleasant to speak with. I wish he could deliver my pizza every time!!

I ordered online and realized I only had a 50 dollar bill. I immediately called and spoke with some girl on the phone who assured me they had 20 dollars they carry and I said okay it’s a 20 dollar pizza but I can tip him 10 cool. And the guy gets here and says he can only Cary 10 dollars and would get in trouble to Cary more. The website also says they carry 20. I feel scammed and had to dip the driver 20 dollars…. I hope they are happy they scammed a pregnant woman. Very disappointed.
