El Jefe is the BEST. They have great food, great atmosphere, great staff, and GREAT values :) We especially love their Family Night, where we can bring the kids and have Clownin Around KI make us some amazing balloons!

Stopped in on our way home from a road trip. I failed to get any pictures because I was exhausted and hungry. I got Barbacoa fajitas and my husband had the tacos, which to my surprise they allowed him to mix. Barbacoa, al pastor and steak.
Drinks stayed full, food came out quickly and our server was very sweet and attentive. Everything was very clean. A pleasant experience for an off the highway stop.

I recently dined at *El Jefe*, and let me tell you, this place is like finding a treasure chest of tacos at the end of a rainbow! ??
First off, the chips and salsa arrived faster than my last Amazon order, and the salsa was so good I considered bathing in it. The guacamole? Smooth, flavorful, and gone in 60 seconds—probably faster. The tacos are works of art, each bursting with more flavor than the last, and the margaritas? Let’s just say they convinced me that "one more" is always a good idea.
The staff? Friendlier than my abuela when I finally visit her, and they keep the vibe chill while serving food that makes you wonder if you were secretly born in Mexico. If you're not at *El Jefe* by now, you're missing out on a fiesta of flavor and joy.
Go. Eat. Repeat. And thank me later. ??
