The food was surprisingly fresh and tasted great, which already made this visit better than expected. On top of that, Ray the cashier was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, turning what started as a rough outing into an excellent experience. Great food and great service go a long way.

This is the third year in a row I have come here and the heat is broken. Last year atleast they put a heater near our table. This place is the main reason we come to Queenstown, it’s a Christmas tradition for me and my Husband. Yall have got to fix the heat in here.

I'm very disappointed in my last visit. I've only been disappointed twice at this location which is the only reason I didn't give 1star. The reason I wanted to give 1 star is the new 10 piece local price especially the meal price. $10.99/$11 and change after tax is a great deal... until you get the tenders. Most looked more like nuggets then tenders. But what really blew me away is the meal price. IT WAS OVER $19 WITH TAX!!! They are charging about $8 for fries and drink. I ordered a small fry and large drink. Unacceptable and I'm having doubts about giving another chance.

Customer service was fantastic! The cashier went out of his way to please our daughter by serving her chicken tenders and French fries before they started serving lunch. Thank you! Food was good too!

Customer service is completely lacking. They made their mistake somehow seem like the customer’s fault with poor excuses and no accountability or explanation. A hard end of lettuce was on one burger, with no pickles and large gobs of mayo, no ketchup or mustard. The burger patty itself was overcooked and hard. Thanks for the hockey puck sandwich. The other double burger was the same, hard patties.
The atmosphere only got 3 stars because every time I go there the place is empty. But the service is fast, and everyone is friendly

From Family Tradition to Deep Disappointment
This review hurts to write.
For as long as I can remember, stopping at this Hardee’s on the way home from Ocean City has been a cherished part of my family’s summer tradition, 3 to 4 times every year for decades. It was our final stop before heading back to Virginia. Familiar. Comforting. Consistent.
But over the last two years, that tradition has slowly unraveled.
The food quality has plummeted. I always order the Big Hot Ham and Cheese, it’s not “big” anymore, and my fries were cold and barely half a serving. My daughter’s burger bun looked old and dry. My son ordered a large fry and received the same amount that came with her kid’s meal. The temperature inside the restaurant is either sweltering or freezing, and the staff energy just feels… defeated.
This place once felt like a little piece of home. Now, it feels like an afterthought.
To say I’m disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s heartbreaking to watch something that held so much sentimental value become unrecognizable.
I’m not here to complain, I’m here in the hope that someone who cares reads this. That management will take this seriously. Because I don’t want to remove this stop from our family tradition.
