The person making the drinks whispers your name and does not place drinks in the right place for the alphabet. The pesto egg sandwich had most of the cheese and pesto stuck to the bag. Another customer came back because his coffee was not made correctly.

Ordered a tall dark roast , a latte and a hot chocolate . I had to wait at least 15 mn to get my dark roast that apparently was forgotten. Music was way to loud. Team was nice but probably overwhelmed by the amount of orders . Not a very clean place overall .

I come to this Starbucks all the time because we live in Kent Island and it’s the only drive thru close to us. This is like the third time that this has happened! You pay almost $7 for a drink for it to be filled to the brim with ice and and barely any drink. I took two sips and the whole drink was gone. So disappointed.
