First time here, last time here. If you're ordering food, go through the drive through. They make the food orders for the drive through first and not in the order they come in. I was the only person in the store and waited 10 minutes and for an egg sandwich and a coffee cake. Saw at least 8 food orders go out the drive through even though the line was never more than 3-5 cars deep. Another couple minutes and I would have asked for a refund, I had places to be.

Laughed in our faces in the drive through after we accidentally placed our order under the wrong name. Coffees good sometimes, and other times it feels like they’re all starting their first day. Workers have the nerve to make comments🫣

The one thing I'll always give Starbucks is that they're consistent. Not a location specific issue but an Sbux issue in general is that it cost an arm and a leg to buy from them.

The person making the drinks whispers your name and does not place drinks in the right place for the alphabet. The pesto egg sandwich had most of the cheese and pesto stuck to the bag. Another customer came back because his coffee was not made correctly.
Nice facility. Staff is working hard but it's super slow if you order inside. Not unusual nowadays as they are servicing the drive thru.

Ordered a tall dark roast , a latte and a hot chocolate . I had to wait at least 15 mn to get my dark roast that apparently was forgotten. Music was way to loud. Team was nice but probably overwhelmed by the amount of orders . Not a very clean place overall .
