I stopped here right before close as a desperate mom in need of caffeine before a night with a toddler and newborn. Maya the manager came to talk to me to ask about something I had ordered and was the most kind person. A true light so thank you!
The one thing I'll always give Starbucks is that they're consistent. Not a location specific issue but an Sbux issue in general is that it cost an arm and a leg to buy from them.
I visited this Starbucks location after crossing the Bay Bridge, following my son's surgery at the hospital. Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice the lack of a warm greeting from the staff, despite there being few customers present. Perhaps due to the sensitive circumstances I was in, I felt that the customer service fell short compared to other Starbucks I frequent. The staff seemed less friendly and less attentive.
