The one thing I'll always give Starbucks is that they're consistent. Not a location specific issue but an Sbux issue in general is that it cost an arm and a leg to buy from them.
I visited this Starbucks location after crossing the Bay Bridge, following my son's surgery at the hospital. Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice the lack of a warm greeting from the staff, despite there being few customers present. Perhaps due to the sensitive circumstances I was in, I felt that the customer service fell short compared to other Starbucks I frequent. The staff seemed less friendly and less attentive. The service here is hit or miss depending on which staff you encounter. Thankfully they seem to have gotten their business hours to a consistent place. Going later in the day is usually when I encounter issues.You can tell this location has a staffing problem as far as high turn over and a lack of customer service across the board.
