This was some of the best crab cake ever. Totally worth the trip if you’re out of state, it’s fresh and it’s delicious real lump crab meat, not the imitation filler stuff. Definitely recommend
My wife is from GA and had never had fresh crab before. She had some crab legs in FL on vacation a few years ago, but being from the DC area, I needed her to experience what it’s like to have crab right out of the bay. We planned a trip to DMV for her birthday, and this is one of the places that popped up on our radar. Man, let me tell you. My wife and I wanted Shrimp baskets for dinner and the Crab Shack did not disappoint. I got a Cod basket and my wife got the Shrimp. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the fries taste like the fries you get at the "Boardwalk" at the beach. Whoever makes the coattail sauce does it right! Really good food will definitely be back!
