Smokehouse Grill LLC - Maryland Wedding & Event Catering

Very disappointed in the management. We have our 20 year company anniversary we have been planning. After many emails back and forth we nailed down our date and menu options with Tammy. Tammy sent an email asking to confirm all of our menu choices and numbers. I sent a response confirming the menu. I wake up this month to find an email from Stephen who I’ve never spoken with with a “voided docusign” saying they can no longer do our event since the Docusign was never signed or paid for.
I’ve searched my junk, my trash, and my inbox and never received the docusign or payment information. I’ve reached out multiple times to Tammy and have been told there’s nothing they can do they had 2 other parties confirm last night.
I don’t understand how companies like this can stay in business. I’m sure the food is great, but the cutomer service is a zero. I don’t know how you can go forward with promises of service and then just bail when everything’s been set. I would not recommend doing business with this company to anyone.

Very attentive staff

We had the pleasure of using the Smokehouse Grill for a wedding booked at the Skylofts Gallery in the Canton area of Baltimore there staff where on point and the BBQ was melt in the mouth good. We have used a few local vendors but now that I experienced Smokehouse Grill they will get our first call every time.

Smokehouse Grill is exceptional! They catered our daughter's wedding and all of our guests absolutely loved the food! The bride especially loved her pig! Tammy and Steven were wonderful to work with during the planning process and offered excellent recommendations. And the day of the wedding was executed perfectly! Their staff did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

They showed up and cooked the meats on site. The food was excellent. All my guests were commenting on how good the food was. The staff kept everything full and the area clean. They did an overall excellent job. Will definitely use them again for future events and would recommend them anyone needing a caterer. Thank you for helping in making my party a success.

Smoke House Grill Catered our Wedding back in 2017 at a private venue. They did an amazing Job, we were looking for a one stop shop for the entire weekend. They catered our rehearsal dinner with a BBQ feast, then catered our wedding for over 200 people. The professionalism of this company and understanding of events such as weddings made them the reason we decided to go with Smokehouse. They have since done a few more events for friends and family under our recommendation. Smokehouse will not disappoint!!!!

Catered a surprise party for 40 people, timely delivery and setup, food was excellent, lots of leftovers even though we had more than 40 people show up. I would definitely use them again!

The food and presentation were excellent as well as the staff. The memorial for my husband was perfect because Smokehouse Grill truly delivered. So easy to work with and helpful, the ease of making the arrangements was a blessing during such a difficult time. Thank you to everyone!

Good food and best service

Celebration Wedding BBQ was a huge success! There was plenty of food and it was all excellent. Highly recommend.

My wife and I won a cookout for 30 people donated by Smokehouse Grill to Bosom Buddies Charities. We threw a holiday party, and everyone loved the food. Every item from the ribs to the homemade sauces. Great food and kindness in supporting a great charity Smokehouse Grill!

Food was AMAZING! We received the highest level of customer service from Tammy. Our guests were all pleasantly happy. We did the drop off service and everything was set up exactly how I imagined. Thank you for making this part of my Wedding planning easy.
