I've eaten here before. I keep going back because I want to support my people. How ever this is the last time. My turkey chops were thin as sheet of paper and tough as shoe leather! They were fried way to hard! I could not eat them ! My ice tea had know ice and was not cold! The sides were ok, when ever I get s turkey burger it is also over cooked,black and hard on the out side and barely cooked on the inside! I'm done!

I try to support Black businesses, but establishments like this make it extremely hard. Placed an order online, drove 30 minutes to pick it up and was told they didn’t receive the order. The dude hadn’t even checked the right device for the ticket. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes only to get home and find that my $30 meal was trifling. The turkey burger had NO toppings (contrary to the menu listing), my fries were missing, and the greens had a strong aftertaste. I tried. But never again.

I had this food before and it was great. This time, the service was less than sub par. The person that was supposed to take the order never did the order and it went from 10-15 for a turkey burger to 45 minutes. I was told “it’ll be ready in 5 minutes.” 10 minutes later, after they realized they didn’t make the order, the guy in the back with no gloves in got the bread for my sandwich and proceeded to continue. “It’ll be about 3 more minutes.” When I got home, I changed the bread as I don’t know where bruh’s hands have been. Safe to say, I’ll never be back.

It’s 7:34 pm. I come to get food cause i seen that online you say you’re open. I get here and the location is closed for the day and they don't close until 8:30 they are closed a whole hour early. It doesn’t even say that they were closed on the website. This is so unacceptable. Needs to be fix.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that for the service alone! The old guy at the counter wasn't pleasant or attentive. I stood there for 6 minutes waiting for him to finish up his personal convo about football with another man. Who wasn't even a customer (he had no food). I ordered buffalo wings, turkey burger and fries combo. Its a beautiful big girl cooking...(I kno this goin be good) I get home ready to devour. Wings were pretty good, cooked well. Fries ..yum. Turkey burger was burnt, crunchy and tasted like it was found on the side of the dirty stove and cooked. Overall.. would not recommend. Wouldn't mind trying the food again but the service was so terrible and rude I refuse to support.

Something I’ve seeing based off my experience and the reviews for this location and their sister operation Metro City Wings is their quality control and attention to detail are terribly inconsistent based off when you order. Ordering closer to their open time yields less quality while later in the day seems to give the best results. I ordered via UberEats a little after 2pm; garlic pepper and south beach wings, turkey burger combo, and the turkey crab fries. Usually garlic pepper is a dry seasoning; what I received were wings that looked, smelled, and tasted like they were initially prepared in their hot wings oil by mistake and instead of remaking them were instead dusted with some garlic pepper seasoning and packaged it up. The South Beach wings seemed to also be prepared the same way but it wasn’t as noticeable due to the sauce. The wings were fried too hard and looked to be a day old. I have had this issue before when I ordered from Metro City when they were open. The turkey burger came without any toppings at all. Cheese being optional I can understand but if the description states it comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onions it should come with it. The burger itself however was very much good and well seasoned. The turkey and crab fries were also quite good, could’ve used more cheese sauce but I do understand more sauce can make the fries soggy so I understand.
This is totally opposite of my experience ordering from Jyve a year ago when I placed an evening order. They really need to work on consistency and quality because they clearly have a good idea going and some good products but consistently is what’s going to keep people coming and wanting more. I wish I could say I would try them again but I’m not so sure.

Saw Jyve Turkey on Tik Tok, it's in the neighborhood so I had to try them. We got turkey wings, turkey chops, collard greens and yams. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS!! Customer service was good too.

The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing! After seeing Big Slim on TikTok, we drove 1.5 hours and weren't disappointed! We both got the turkey, and I also picked up the shrimp and crab fries. I was compelled to leave a review after seeing the few bad ones that are suppressing the rating. We must learn that business is system-building and it takes time through trial and error. We support Walmart despite bad service when they force you to retrieve your cart, as no one is working in the aisle to assist you. You have to locate your products, and when you get to the front, you have to check yourself out while being charged three times the price. Yet, you willingly show the minimum wage senior citizen your receipt. It's a horrible system that you support without question. Yet, we are so 'one and done' with our own people building. I have seen beautiful black people working and employing their own, and a business operating in excellence. Even if I see something wrong, I know it's my responsibility to continue to support until they get it right. We all we got!
