Change of management has resulted in a decline in all fronts. Used to be a solid place for Peruvian chicken

My first impression bad came in the restaurant ask for a whole chicken as you know can’t see the person cut the chicken,because they have the takeout containers blocking in front of the station,so I couldn’t see him cut the chicken the pieces was the one large the other small not even from one whole chicken it was old chicken from customers that ask for a quarter piece of chicken the manager is never in the store when ,I called to report what happened they did nothing to fix the problem will never return to Kachis Chicken . I purchase a whole chicken and told them not to cut it, got home and the leg and thigh was missing. It’s too hot to go back, so they told me when I come back they will replace it. This was dinner for. Please check your food befor leaving.

I never write reviews, but this place is phenomenal! The chicken is moist, and everything is packed with so much flavor. I will definitely be adding this place to my regular rotation.

This place never misses! The food is amazingly delicious. The staff are kind and professional. And the service is fast even though they are usually pretty busy. It’s absolutely worth the wait!
