Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your establishment. My experience was highly frustrating and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and fairness from your staff, particularly the branch manager.
I was recently waiting in line to order a sandwich when a woman from behind me cut the queue. She did so because the wait was too long and she didn't want to wait her turn. This woman then proceeded to tell jokes to the staff, who, to my surprise, found this acceptable and served her before me.
When I objected to this blatant disregard for the queuing process, the staff refused to serve me. This is completely unacceptable. The message I received was that good service and respect are not based on fairness or following the rules, but rather on personal connections or making staff laugh.
This was a terrible experience, and the behavior of the branch manager was particularly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fair treatment
Thank you for your follow-up and for looking into this matter. The incident occurred yesterday, August 22nd, at approximately 7:00 PM. I am deeply upset and frustrated by the actions of your employees at the restaurant located at 4621 Silver Hill Rd, Suitland-Silver Hill, MD 20746.
Specifically, the branch manager used inappropriate, F-word language, even though I had not used any foul language or done anything other than ask to file a complaint. I had not received any service, and someone had cut in line. In response, the manager yelled at me and kicked me out of the restaurant. A security guard then came over and demanded that I leave. He started to take something out—it was a circular, metal object, perhaps a handcuff, I am not certain. I also believe he took out what looked like an extendable baton.
I was very shaken by what was happening and felt extremely scared. As a diabetic with high blood pressure, I feared the situation would escalate and become a physical assault. I left immediately to de-escalate the situation and had to sit in my car for a long time to calm myself down enough to drive. I truly do not understand why the branch manager acted this way and humiliated me

I had the worst experience ordering online
They do not honor the online deal, and do not offer substitute when they’re out of items that we purchased online .
They showed a lot of frustration with me, and lack of trying to remedy the situation by providing substitutes that are offered online via the deal.
My order couldn’t be completed because they were out of items. And then when I asked for substitutes, they wouldn’t allow me to substitute and told me to cancel my order, but when I went to cancel my order, the app would not allow me to cancel my order online. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with the fast food restaurant.

Chicken sandwiches were fresh,hot, crispy---no wait time. One cashier provided great service (w/backup mgrs--wasn't crowded) Haven't bought this sandwich for years. Very pleased, thank you.

The food is great but the service is horrible. I’ve waited about 30min in line just to get my food. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what. But they need workers who actually want to work and new management.

Me as well as several others have been waiting for 45 minutes for food. The customer service is terrible and the staff is very disrespectful. TERESA at the register is not a good host or has any type of customer service, she needs to be retrained or let go. The young lady on the drive thru does not care about the customers time nor food. I only seen the MEN working and TERESA talks to the men in the staff poorly I feel so bad for them. There was another lady that made my food after waiting 45 minutes and still took her time then when she got to me laughed and asked, “WAS I TAKING TOO LONG”, seriously inconsiderate and low class sarcasm. Out of ALL of my years in the food industry as a manager I have NEVER been inside of an establishment and seen it ran SOOO poorly. I will tell a ANYBODY THAT WILL LISTEN TO NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! THIS location is going to go down the drain,Quickly ALSO after 45 minutes I was given the wrong food! Look at this presentation of what was given to me and how it was given to me AFTER ordering on the MOBILE APP !!! I ordered a classic chicken wrap with honey mustard! This is not classic nor crispy! I am extremely upset seriously!

My order took 30 minutes to be prepared because the staff is constantly fighting each other. The older women in the restaurant always have a attitude when i come in like its crazy, how tf does your mood remain pissy for 5 months. When you ask them for order details they ignore or suck their teeth mind you they all look over 40 years of age and set a terrible example for the younger people working their. Btw my chicken was undercooked and the fries were burnt and had horrible taste. I didn’t go back in because the staff would’ve probably teamed up together and beat me up.

This Popeyes was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and proficient. The food was fresh and hot. Restrooms are outside of the restaurant on the side of the building. You have to obtain a code from the staff, and yes, their restrooms are for paying customers only. Parking is not so great at this location.

This store deserves no stars at all... They are rude and very very very very very unprofessional... Came in for a moblie order and it was a young lady already waiting... Almost 6 to 7 mins later I asked the Young lady in front has she been helped and replied NO.. I asked the staff is anyone one helping the Moblie orders and a staff member not manager replied We all are moving in here, just wait a minute, Wowww I canceled asap... So sorry the customer couldn't retrieve their order in the time frame.. They all need to be trained at this location never picking up another order from them and I would never ever buy any thing from this location... So disrespectful...

And i don't understand why I had to move forward to wait for food when I could have just waited at the window
The chicken had good flavor but for me it could have been spicier than it was. Overall a good experience. We went during shift change and the cashier made sure everything was okay appreciated the extra effort she put in
When are u going to hire people who care about the brand .And what you are selling drive throw windows close it until you find the proper people to work it and the chicken and biscuits are terrible and just don't with them Nasty fried pickles thats cooked in dirty grease . Please people try to do better.
Associate and I went during lunch to get sandwiches. His sandwhich had those papers you use to separate cheese slices from each other. My fries had shades of green. We both got food poisoning.
