Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the third time I have came to this location in the last month. Every single time they don’t have chicken or they only have spicy or only dark spicy.

Clearly management isn’t doing what’s needed to stand up to the name and reputation.

It’s sad we only get these issues at this location.

Come Up Here Bruh, And Get The Lemonade. They Got Different Kind And They Be Holding Out.

I had a long day at work and was unable to eat lunch. My stomach was in my back, now I usually wouldn't pick Popeyes to eat but it was the first thing I saw leaving work. To my surprising my food was fresh especially my frys and very hot to my liking.

I had a good experience at this visit. I used my mobile app to use family meal deal. I went inside due to long drive thru line but it worked out no one inside. Chicken was hot and ready. My order was 100% correct. Had all the dipping sauces i asked for.

This location is an absolute joke! The managers don’t do their job, they’re ALWAYS standing around eating EVERYTIME I come in. There’s two managers specifically that are never helping the team when I rarely go there. It’s always the two with the thin edges (as seen in the pictures). I placed a mobile order at 2:07pm, I got to the restaurant at 3pm and didn’t get my food until 3:29!!!! Not once did a manager ask why I was waiting for so long, if I’ve been helped or anything. I sent over $30 for poor service. I wouldn’t go back to this location even if the food was free. The young lady who works the counter with the neck tattoo is ALWAYS very pleasant and welcoming. This team doesn’t deserve her. I’ve also emailed corporate because this needs to be addressed immediately. They don’t care about their job.

I placed an order thru the app and they didn't receive the order and of course there's nothing they can do and now I'm out 50 bucks. Should've known when I walked in how it was gonna go

This is the worse Popeyes in the dmv. On two different occasions I went here and was given old chicken. A family member went here just today and was given chicken that looked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. The cashier/manager had a nerve to have an attitude because the food was returned.

To long wait time first time here at this location and truthful I’m from VA and Maryland food be nasty it taste dirty Everytime popeyes or any other fast food up here . That’s why I never stop to eat up here . The food is never hot service always seem like they don’t want to work there fr and in VA it never taste like that . Yall food is dirty grease

Closed the whole store they never have anything in stock and alway close before 9 and anyone who comes after 9 the employees tell them that there closed and there out of everything i spend 45$ and couldnt cancel my order im still waiting to get in contact with support so i can get my money back while store is trash !!!

This was hands down the most disgusting Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. The chicken was rubbery like it had been sitting out forever, the so-called “cheese” was a slimy goo mess, and to top it off, there was an actual HAIR in my food. Absolutely vile. This place clearly has zero quality control and no standards for cleanliness. I wouldn’t feed this to anyone, let alone pay money for it. Save yourself the stomachache and go literally anywhere else.

IF YOU WANT WANT TO DRINK THE MACRONI AND CHOKE ON THE CHICKEN BECAUSE ITS RUBBER, Do ya thang!
