Not sure how telling the first 4 cars in the drivethru to pull into the drivethru stalls to wait 10 min for food while the next 8 cars in the line immediately get their food and can go, is good customer service. Some of us have places to go. Bring your patience if your using the drivethru here
New place is cool. It should not take 30+ minutes to get food. And having the food be cold at that is unacceptable. I get the two lane theory. That's cool. If the left side isnt moving at all and 4 people pass on the right thats a problem. Gotta get it together. They either need training or new staff. Its absolutely ridiculous.

they didnt put the apple juice on the 2 happy meals we ordered for my sister and cousin, they only gave us 1 ketchup packet when we said 2, the bathroom were dirty, and it took like 25 mins to get out order
