Don't know what happened, but it happened! Hopefully for the sake of this business. Everything else other then the ribs, and tea/lemonade better be good or you may just want to go elsewhere.

I’m a tough critic! I was looking for some good ribs and was hoping to get some good sides too. I ordered a whole slab of ribs, collard greens, potato salad and hush puppies. The food was so good! Ribs were nice and tender. Couldn’t have been better. The hot sauce was on the side and tasty. The greens were tender like I like them and seasoned just right. The potato salad was pretty good. Different but tasty. A little bit sweeter than I like but red potato salad. I’d have it again. Hush puppies good. Great job. I’ll eat here again!!!!

Place looked dirty. Mold in lemonade dispenser made me skip getting a drink. The chopped rib was more like pulled pork, and smelled very strong. It prob would have a less stringy chewy consistency if it was kept hot vs microwaving for several minutes. Chopped bbq tasted like it was a mix of pork and chicken/turkey.

This place is not a bbq place. The ribs, chicken, and brisket I purchased was baked, not grilled. The spices were not even bbq type spaces. The Mac and cheese had little to no cheese and was clearly not baked with cheese sauce on it. The potato salad was gummy. It was a waste of $30 unfortunately because I threw the whole thing away.

I'll give it a solid 3, 3.5 stars. The ribs are large and tender. But, the way they are BBQ'd is a little different in taste. It wasn't a bad taste or flavor. It's just not what you're used to considering it's BBQ ribs. They were fully cooked, a nice char on the surface, a little salty to me. I got the seafood salad to go along with my platter. It wasn't anything to yell about. Just some regular.

The guy that runs the shop is disrespectful, nasty & he messed my food up on purpose. I am sick from eating here & i want the place shut DOWN! the inside smells like something died or is spoiled. He doesn’t listen to his customers nor does he seem to care. Whatever he’s using to cook or food he’s cooking with isn’t fresh at all nor is his work space sanitary. Please don’t eat here.
