Went here on Sunday around 1030am after church. No lights were on nor the "Open" sign so I called. The lady who answered was RUDE! I asked if the were open and she replied "dang I just ain't turn the light on" sorry I'm bothering you at your job... Then when the 6 of us walked in we were not greeted for 5 minutes. She watched us walk in then turned her back and never said a word. We left. What happened to this place!?

Absolutely terrible, I ordered an ITALIAN BMT and she puts it on white bread?? It goes on Italian herb and cheese(like I asked) Only asked for pickles lettuce tomatoes and I got onions peppers cucumbers the whole just. I order a simple cheese and pepperoni with NO MAYO OR she gave me another Italian BMT with cheese extra Mayo and all. I’ve honestly never been to a subway this bad in my life. I tried to tell her I asked for Italian bread before I even looked at the sand which because I heard her say it was white bread when it’s not and she said “welp sorry I already made the sandwich”. I’ve never been to a worst restaurant in my life. All ways thrown away!!!

The mid aged black woman that works here is very rude. She started sweeping crumbs off the counter with the same hand she’s using to make food. My steak and cheese was cold and the cheese was not even melted. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had at a Subway. She also had a very nasty attitude. She just clearly hates her job and I will not be back…just disgusted.

Locked bathrooms. NO SOAP!!!!. This location was a regular for me then they started locking their bathrooms. Today I decided to give it another try. I wanted to wash hands before ordering and eating. The young gentleman behind the counter handed me the key. The woman cleaning the windows questioned me about my intentions... did I plan to order? She was rude and nasty. It was insulting and aggressive. I assured her I merely wanted to wash hands before ordering .The bathroom smelled bad and had no soap. I asked about the soap and they said, no they didn't have soap. There is a grocery store next door, why couldn't they go over and buy a $1 bar of soap? I won't be back.

This is absolutely the worst subway known to man. I love subway always have. There are a few nice kids that work there but they aren’t open during their posted hours. There is an mid aged black woman (don’t know her name just trying to describe her) who works there and she is lazy! She is rude. I ordered online and she happened to be there and the cheese on my cheese steak was cold and my bf ordered a melt and it wasn’t melted. Do not buy food here. They are very rude and unprofessional. I just went in hoping for someone else and she is sitting there in the lobby area where customers sit on the phone… smh. If I could I would give them a zero.
