I ordered the Stromboli. When I opened the box, it was so burned, you couldn't eat it (unless you like burnt food). When I called to ask for another one to be made, I was met with rudeness as if it was all my fault they burned it. They also kept trying to get out of remaking and bringing me the new one by repeating how long it would take, and kept asking if I wanted store credit. I kept telling em this is my dinner, I want a new one, not store credit. I don't care how busy you are, but if you have a loyal customer who has been ordering for years, and this is the first complaint, then you need to treat us better. I may not ever order again. I hope they didn't do anything to my food. Im too hungry to care at the moment.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Belisimo’s, but there used to be one near my house in the Westminster area of Carroll County, maybe a few blocks away from the Westminster Municipal Park. I remember that it was always an enjoyable experience. The people were always nice and the food was more than delicious and I always remember how the pizza slices at that location were absolutely enormous to me when I was younger. I don’t know why some people have had bad experiences, maybe it depends on the store location, because I never had a problem.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My brother & his girlfriend ordered food from there and when they got their food they realized pretty quickly that their Large Cherry Coke had a yellowish plastic bag inside of it. After they called the restaurant to complain about what they received, my brothers girlfriend left a review on their website regarding what she had experienced. After that, one of Belisimo's delivery drivers, Shannon Perry proceeded to threaten both my brother and his girlfriend via text message. Shannon Perry (their driver) told them that if they didn't take down the negative review then she was going to put all over Facebook that my brother's girlfriend shouldn't ever be allowed to babysit anyone's kids anymore for random made up reasons. My brother's girlfriend occasionally does babysitting jobs. Shannon Perry also proceeded to curse them out and told them that they were NOT allowed to come back to Belisimo's again. THIS WAS ALL COMING FROM THE RESTAURANT'S DELIVERY DRIVER. We have pictures & screenshots of Shannon Perry threatening my brother and his girlfriend, as well. What type of restaurant allows their delivery drivers to threaten customers after that customer leaves a bad review?! I mean they received a large coke with a YELLOWISH PLASTIC BAG INSIDE OF IT...who wouldn't be upset about that? GET IT TOGETHER! Never going back to that place again. Also, sharing the threats that their driver made all over Facebook. Disgusting.

This was in my drink with ice at the bottom and top the manager said he was the one that made the drink but has no idea of how this happened clearly it was on purpose with ice being at bottom and top

Placed my order at 6:19, didn't receive it until 7:56. Obviously the food was cold and stale. When the person taking the order doesn't even want to take your payment information I guess that is an indication not to order from them. This was the 2nd and final time it took forever for overpriced and cold food.

We went there to eat in. I think most people carry out from Sykesville's Belisimos. The guy behind the counter went over the top to please us. Cheese Steak was okay. French fries we're very good.

Best delivery thats near me. They have a huge menu, and i love the Gyro! Their desserts are also extraordinary. I always be sure to leave more than 20% tip for the driver. belisimos hasn't let me down! I'll always be a loyal customer :)
