Stopped in to try Bengong’s Tea and had mixed feelings. The boba milk tea was really good — flavorful, fresh, and definitely the highlight of the visit. The pho, on the other hand, was just okay. Not great, not terrible — more on the “meh” side compared to other spots. Overall, a decent experience, but I’d probably come back more for the tea than the food.

Small private rooms are nice to have, and I’ve occasionally been offered to use them despite the policy change – they’re intended for 2+ people ordering food.

The food is good but odd. The pho, for example, doesn't taste very authentic but included a generous portion of tripe. The spring rolls are big and they only have peanut sauce for dipping. Most places have fish sauce as an option.

this was some of the friendliest service I've had in Sykesville. my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal of Pho and Bubble tea (a first for both of us) today. We will 100% be coming back and I cannot recommend this place enough

Bengong's Tea is a quaint and nice place to take family and friends for a good time and great food with awesome, sweet, and delicious drinks. The servers are nice and pleasant too.

**edited* they were quick to issue me a refund which I really appreciate. I changed the rating from 2 to 4 stars. I appreciate them making it right. I hope the orders get better because I would like to frequent this one over the one near by. ** I have ordered many times from here and they aren't consistent. Just ordered again today and THREE key ingredients are missing from my drink and it's not sweetened correctly! I tried calling and got no answer. My husband picked it up and didn't know what to look for. Drink was missing lychee, boba, and foam! I get this drink all the time and this isn't the first time it came back with missing ingredients. Other times we've ordered in the shop and the guy won't call out orders or does it so quietly, most of us don't hear and end up waiting a lot longer than we should be. These drinks are expensive and should be made with care and accuracy.
