“Around 845p on Friday 9/5/2025 (im leaving the details for management to applaud their crew as they should), a busy time for them, a mistake was made on my order. Why leave a 5 star review such as this for a mistake? It was how they behaved when the mistake was brought to their attention and how they made it right. I left so happy I wrote this from the parking lot. That is something that, to me, is priceless. I dont want to say how they fixed it because I know every situation is different and I dont wish to tie their hands in the future. Lets just say that I left with what I ordered and I didnt have to watch food be thrown in the trash(nothing worse than watching food be wasted when, like far too many people right now, I can barely feed my kids and I).Its a Dominos not a Michelin rated restaurant so when I give 5 stars for atmosphere and food it is as compared to similar pizza places. Thanks guys, management please praise these guys.“

“This was my 1st time picking up a pizza at the new location by Home Depot. I work in Eldersburg but live closer to the Mt Airy location. I grew up going to the original Ledo's in Adelphi and know the difference between a well made Ledo's pizza and a subpar one. Ledo's in Eldersburg does it right. My pizza was a perfect Ledo's pizza from presentation, to taste. I highly recommend driving a little farther to get the quality Ledo's pizza that Eldersburg is serving up. Good work!“
