Nice little spot. Very popular amongst locals. Always busy, suggest calling ahead or there may be a wait for your order. May have to call more than once, as I said they stay busy. Closed on Mondays. Food is pretty good for a takeout place.Parking: Plenty of parking but spaces are tight, spaces near entrance fill up pretty fast bc of the other business in this little strip mall. Other spaces available just a little walking distance away.

really wanted some tasty Chinese food came from balt city to have lunch with a friend that picked this place had a bad feeling upon walking in first we were the only patrons it was dim with no atmosphere and an uncheerful waitress as soon as i saw the egg-foo young which didnt come with a lid to keep it hot i knew it wasnt good tasteless thick brown gravy that was luke warm over unimpressive pork patties the best thing was the large portion but the worst thing was didnt enjoy it either did my husband when i served him the 2 1/2 patties that i took home
Good take out, egg roll, gen tso, beef and broccoli was good

This past Monday, I had a craving for Chinese food. Normally, I go to my favorite Chinese carry out restaurant - Hunan Garden. But, sadly they are closed on Mondays. So onto somewhere else. China Dragon got the 2nd highest reviews in Eldersburg, so figured, why not? I got carry out - spring rolls, chicken with cashews and steamed dumplings. Several reviews rated their steamed dumplings as the best. What a disappointment! When I got home, upon opening the chicken with cashews, I got a wave of burnt aroma. Indeed, the cashews were nearly black; burnt flavor permeated the entire dish. The steamed dumplings were bland and one - dimensional. Duck sauce did little to improve them. My mom had the spring rolls and stated that they didn't have much flavor and they were dry. She showed me the inside of the dumpling; it looked like nothing but cabbage without any other veggies. I had leftovers, but tossed them all into the garbage can. No thank you and never again. Oh, BTW, it is telling when you go to a restaurant to pick up your food and the place is completely empty.
