I came in to get a bowl, when I got to the counter, there was a guy who stood and starred at me. Didn’t greet me or nothing. I asked if I could get a bowl and he just nodded his head. It’s weird and uncomfortable going to a business and not get greeted. He didn’t even do my order. His co worker came down instead and helped me with my order. Will not be coming back to this location.

Awful service. Some of the workers do not know what they are doing and had me pay 2x for my meal because they did not know how to use the register. Rude employees.

The food is hit or miss. It is either fresh or looks dry like it’s been sitting for 2 days. The staff is ok.

Horrible management and service at this location. Waited 20 minutes to find out that they never made my order because they don't actually have the ingredients, and they won't refund it. App says talk to employee, employee says refund in the app. Save your time, money, and headache and just go somewhere else.

Chipotle, Chipotle, Chipotle! I visited this location yesterday and asked an employee why they don't put more vinaigrette in the containers. He responded that the ingredients used to make it are quite unhealthy, so the small portion they provide is in line with health regulations. Am I overthinking, or was he just messing with me? Haha, because seriously 😐

This chipotle location is the worst. My family of 3 came here once and I had a long piece of hair in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting. Months go by and we come to this location again…it’s super busy which is no problem…but they started to run out of stuff when we arrived at 7:45pm and decided they weren’t going to make anything else… chipotle closes at 10pm. Why aren’t you making anything else to accommodate the customers. The guy with the glasses catches an attitude every someone walks in to chipotle. They all just seem to have an attitude. They started to clean and close up it seems at 8pm! This location is awful and we won’t be back!

I like Chipotle in general, but this isn't one of the better ones. As a positive, I feel like this location gives good portions and the workers have always been polite. There is rarely a wait in line. You can get in and out pretty fast for lunch after shopping in nearby stores. The chicken tastes good. But, the burrito fillings aren't distributed for consistent bites, and my burritos are more often than not wrapped badly here. I don't order any double portions nor even all the topping options, and I think my last three loosely wrapped burrito tortillas exploded open spilling out the burrito fillings into a messy pile before I was even a fourth through eating the burrito, even with the support of the foil. If I wanted to use a fork I would order a bowl, not a burrito. The soft tacos have been fine. The fountain drinks sometimes taste off here, so I rarely get them here and opt for the bottled Mexican coke instead (which they will open for you.) The chips taste less fresh than at other locations, so I've stopped adding chips to my orders. This place is fine enough that I will return until there is a better location, so it gets a solid three stars from me.
Picked up my order. The chips were undercooked. You couldn’t bite into them. Like cardboard. Shame since I bought queso . Guess I will need to buy some chips at grocery store tomorrow . Wasn’t driving back to restaurant now for chips.

Expect 1/4 to 1/3 of what you want to not be available. This is run with the minimum effort that doesn't even meet minimum standards. It was cleaner than some baltimore locations
Dietary restrictions: There are probably better options since too many things were out, making it difficult to accommodate dietary restrictions

The food was tasty but there was a serious lack of chicken in my bowl and my husband’s burrito.

I have been to so many Chipotle all over the Mid-Atlantic, and this location is great. The employees are polite, give you the right portion, and all over I am happy with it, I recommend this location to anyone in the Sykesville area.

We just ate at the Chipotle in Eldersburg MD, the service was okay. The food portioning wasn’t the best like it should have been. There was no where to sit because all the tables were dirty along with the floors. Where we did sit, there was food and dirt all around us on the floor and a small fry that was on the floor was infested with ants it was very disgusting. I wish people would take time while they aren’t busy to clean up and organize things. There was also no lemonade drinks available and there was no ice.

Food is ok. Not great. Skip the tortillas and the "al.pastor". Maybe go for a bowl?
Not super clean inside
