Register guy, young man took my order, cash, touched the computer screen and the cash, put sanitizer on his hands right in front of me, didn't wash his hands and started making my pizza. When I mentioned it to him he said it'll burn off in the oven. Seriously?! Cancelled and got my money back

NIGHTMARE experience : Dominos in eldersburg delivered me a Pizza a few days back with an entire SLICE missing after the pizza took over 1 hour to arrive. Driver Kenneth seemed to be amped up and bouncing around erratically, no apology was offered, no sympathy at all. I called into the store to report the driver who was seemingly intoxicated and stole a slice of my pizza, the responce I got was "well we are getting you another pizza its not a big deal" and "Kenneth has worked for me for 5 years hes not on anything" I was extremely respectful and just wanted to know what happened to my missing slice of pizza?? When delivering my new pizza, Kenneth decided to comment "Thanks for trying to get me in trouble" ????? You stole an entire slice of pizza from my order, you expect me to just stay quiet and accept it? I am in customer service, my goal is never to report or get anyone in trouble but this is just insanely unacceptable to me and not what im used to, especially in this area. Absolutely disgusting handling of the situation, felt like I was dealing with a group of children. This would have never been posted if this was handled like adults. PSA: STAY AWAY FROM ELDERSBURG DOMINOS DELIVERY, CHECK YOUR ORDERS FROM DRIVER KENNETH. ALSO :: it seems that Kenneth's friends have been attacking me on facebook for calling out this behavior and threatening to make slanderous claims to my employer! seriously disgusting stuff from dominos. Never ever going back to another dominos.

I’m just gonna start off by saying my kids love Domino’s so we got Domino’s last night and I got some free mac & cheese with my coupon and let me tell you the mac & cheese was so good. I think it was one of the best mac & cheese I’ve had.

We get pizza from here every weekend, and 95% of the time the pizzas are perfect, made fast, and the staff is always immediately helpful if they aren't taking another order. thumbs up
This place will steal your money if you don't pay for their cockroaches. I ordered food and got spoiled food. I asked for a refund and they would not give my money back. They wanted to give me a store credit for the cost. I am not going to order again from them so I just got robbed. Stay away from this place or pray they don't mess up your order. Telling someone they can't get their money back for spoiled food is gross ?. You have been warned
