Quality of food has gone way down hill. The manager was shouting at an employee in front of customers- awkward.

Placed an online order. I show up after 15 minutes to pick up the order. Place is completely empty, all messing on their phones. They hadn't started the order yet. Come back 5 minutes later and they still haven't started the order. Pathetic group of individuals at this location. Never again.

Service was horrible by Kate on 12/4 @ around 6pm. She made my sandwich. She asked me what toppings I wanted on the regular club sub. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, and oil and vinegar. She asked if I wanted mayo and bacon. I said bacon... no mayo. She put the bacon and started putting a whole bunch of mayo. I told her no mayo... so she started to scrape off the mayo. The person I was getting the sanwhich for hates mayo I asked if I can get a new piece of bread. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. She was rude and needs customer service skills. I wouldn't want someone like that working for me. I've always had great service there so I was surprised by the attitude. Nevertheless... the sandwiches are always great.

Totally disgusted and outraged!
Been waiting a long time to try Jersey Mikes’s. I saw a couple of content creators give some positive reviews so I was sold.
When I walked in the mood was somber and the staff didn’t seem enthusiastic about answering my questions or serving me at all, first red flag.
I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and paid extra for the gluten free bread so I paid almost $13 for a half of a sub, only for my sandwich to be prepared on stale bread.
Got the sandwich home, unwrapped it anticipating a great experience, boom took a bite and felt like I had sand in my mouth. The sandwich began to crumble and fall apart in my hands. All I had left was meat and crumbs on my sandwich paper.
Totally disgusted, I threw it in the garbage and had to get back in the car to drive to a five guys near me to buy more food.

AL BISASKY

Twice I have received the wrong order. First was an Italian Cold cut. Today, I ordered a Classic Pastrami but received the Chipotle Pastrami. It was missing the Swiss cheese. At any rate, the sandwich was delicious and gets five stars, but being given the wrong order and missing the advertised Swiss cheese is a big negative. Still, JM's has the best subs in town.

I unwrapped my $10 sandwich to find it soggy and covered with condiments on the outside. Were you raised by wolves or are you trained to wrap a sandwich in a way that leaves it sopping wet? Gross.

We have ordered from here many times, but our latest, 7/14/24, it was off. 2 Cheese Steak which were soggy and bland, not much spices. I had a double meat and it was no larger than my wife's with regular meat. Had to wait for the order about 5 minutes after arriving so they weren't just sitting. They were not busy and didn't appear short staffed.

They decided to have an event today with camera man and all. Still taking orders but can't fill them. Ended up making the wrong order and didn't care it was wrong. Ended up canceling the order after an hour. Felt bad for the dasher trying to get them to make it right. Poor management. Keep the garbage management around and you will be closed in no time.

An amazing experience every time no matter who is present in the store. :) I am always greeted, the portion sizes are a great value and every time I see any employee, they are always smiling and it truly seems like they enjoy their jobs—which can be rare to find now-a-days in customer service. For today’s visit, Chase made my subs and he made them with care and generous toppings! They were delicious and I can’t wait to go back :)
