They decided to have an event today with camera man and all. Still taking orders but can't fill them. Ended up making the wrong order and didn't care it was wrong. Ended up canceling the order after an hour. Felt bad for the dasher trying to get them to make it right. Poor management. Keep the garbage management around and you will be closed in no time.

An amazing experience every time no matter who is present in the store. :) I am always greeted, the portion sizes are a great value and every time I see any employee, they are always smiling and it truly seems like they enjoy their jobs—which can be rare to find now-a-days in customer service. For today’s visit, Chase made my subs and he made them with care and generous toppings! They were delicious and I can’t wait to go back :)

Gosh, I would have absolutely loved to have sat and enjoyed my food in peace, but for some reason, the staff feels the need to turn the music up blaringly loud. I'm wearing noise-canceling headphones and they're doing NOTHING, that's how loud the music in here is. I could barely hear the employees behind the counter!

Dirty store, staff standing around talking with friends instead of working, take out order was simple and they didn't get it right. Paid extra for stuff I didn't get, I even tipped them!! Will be disputing the charge and won't be coming back, sorry.

I thought I’d give them a second chance so I had ordered tonight online through the app for my order to be ready at 5:35pm. I got there at 5:30pm thinking my order will be ready it was not. I waited until 5:48pm and finally got my order while they had made other orders that weren’t for pick up until 6:10pm going on the rack while I was standing there. I get home and go to eat my sandwich which was a Giant Chipotle Chicken and the peppers were not cooked and there was no Chipotle Mayo on it. This is not the first time that this has happened waiting for long periods of times and sandwiches not being good previously got a Buffalo Chicken sub and had no cheese and was drinched in hot sauce to the point the bread was soggy. I will not being returning to this location.
