Stopped by for a to-go lunch for a picnic and dog walk around Piney Run. Friendly folks serving a large assortment of bagels and sandwiches. We'll be back!

I love Kismet Go. I was a little surprised when I went there a bit before 9 on 11/8 and they weren't open yet. It was my birthday and I excited to have yumminess at Kismet Go. I was EAGER to get a gluten free muffin on my birthday only to see the acrylic case is no longer there. I was told they lost their gluten free baker. So unfortunate. Maybe a gluten free baker will see this and inquire at Kismet about filling this need. 😉 I did have a super yummy avocado 🥑 toast and a delicious BLUE Kismet Bowl.

Placed an online order through toast like I usually do and my credit charge was approved. Went to Kismet and they said they did not have the order. I showed them the approved charge on the toast app but they told me they couldn’t take my order based on that information . Showed them the charge was on my credit card app.
What a terrible way to treat a regular customer.
Oh and another problem . The orders on weekends, when they do get them , are often wrong.
This place needs to get its act together.

This review is in no way a reflection of the people or the intention of the staff at Kismet because my wife and I love coming here and everyone has always been so kind and genuinely delightful. But it has become such a roulette experience as to whether or not our orders are made correctly that we just have to stop coming. We’ve had the same order for years and the number of times it’s been made incorrectly is genuinely, not even exaggerating for effect, like 40%. There are a couple of long term staff who are typically flawless, but when it’s not them it’s wrong close to every time. Which is a shame because when it’s made correctly the food is good and there’s nothing else like it in the area. Most of the staff is young and inexperienced and we all remember our first job so I get it. Could be a training or an effort issue, but it’s just such an inconsistent experience at a certain point you just can’t justify spending time and money on it anymore. Otherwise, great people, great atmosphere, and hopefully they can turn that around.

I stopped into the Kismet Grab and Go side today to try out a smoothie. The cashier was very nice and quickly took my order which was 1 green smoothie and a juice box. I waited 20 minutes for the smoothie and ended up leaving WITHOUT the drink as it just seemed to take too long and I had 3 kids with me. I don’t recommend going here unless you have a lot of time to wait.

This is tough because everything we experienced at the Cafe was awesome. But this is the first time we’ve ordered food that was being prepared at Kismet Go a few doors down. I was with my 6 month old and if I had been alone I would have to go over there with my baby to pick up an order there and then back to the cafe for the other order.
The food from Kismet Go (KG) was subpar at best. The people there are super nice but the food itself was bland and the presentation was not at all appetizing. There was also the weirdest smell of the establishment that gave me a headache and made me nauseous.
The food from the Cafe was great: tasted great, looked delicious, and looked like it was made with care.
I’m so disappointed and will have to think twice before coming back to the Cafe to avoid a meal made a couple doors down.

I ordered a kismet bowl this morning and the fruit was completely frozen. Even after letting it thaw out for 15 minutes, I still can’t separate the banana pieces. And the strawberries are as hard as a rock. You can even see the freezer burn on the fruit so it’s been a frozen for a decent amount of time. I would expect a better product for the price being asked.

Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches
First time customer, ordered four wraps, one was not at all customized like I ordered, missing an extra cost add on and an unwanted tomato. The quality of the food and ingredients is outstanding, but the pickles were poorly wrapped and leaked pickle juice all over the order and my car seat. I might try them again if I can get over the fact my car will forever stink like deli pickles.
Ordered a chicken caesar salad at Kismet Cafe. Waited around for 15 minutes when I was the only one who ordered because it wasn’t relayed to me that I had to pick it up at the Kismet Go store 2 doors down. I’ve never been here so I didn’t even know there was a second store. I got my salad, got to work (late—due to the 15 minute unnecessary wait) and they forgot the croutons. I don’t get lunch out often and now I’ve just spent $16 on a bowl of lettuce, slimy chicken and vinegary dressing. The employees were very nice which is why I gave it two stars instead of one, but this was an overall annoying experience for someone who just wanted to treat themselves.
