At first glance, you may get excited by the separate vegetarian menu. Unfortunately, the Spanish rice and Mexican potatoes are cooked with butter. Our server said the kitchen is unable to modify them. And cheese features heavily in most entrees.
Chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole are vegan without modification. Recommend the vegetarian fajitas, veggie Yucatan, or burrito loco. Specify no rice, no cheese, no sour cream, no butter (their default sauteing fat), and add fried beans to round out your meal. Note that these three are various configurations of the same mix of sauteed veggies.
Tortilla chips were served warm - nice touch. Fresh guacamole made at the table was awesome. Fajita veggies came out sizzling, perhaps in a bit too much oil. The same veggies in the burrito loco seemed less rich and just right. Fried beans were delicious.
It is tasty food well-prepared, and we'll happily return, but it's too bad there's essentially just the one entree.

This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant!!! Amazing food, atmosphere and service. We have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Also the Margaritas are top notch!!!
Great service but terrible food. Ordered a Carnitas burrito and the meat was very dry and hard, as if they’d fried it in a pan or left it under the heat lamps for a fortnight. Last time I was there I got the shrimp fajitas. They had not seasoned the shrimp at all. Two strikes and you won’t see me again. Wayyyy overpriced as well. And their burrito was tiny. All that was in it was the old, hard meat. What a shame because I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close by. I’ll be driving further and I’d recommend anyone else pass it up as well.
