Disappointing We pulled up at 9:08 pm, The store sign was flipped to closed and the girl was mopping the floor. Sign visible on the door and social media both posted 9:30.

I absolutely love your cake batter ice cream — it’s my favorite! But I wanted to mention that your current hours seem a bit early, especially for summer. Closing at 8pm feels too soon. A lot of families (like mine) are out and about after dinner and would love to stop by for a treat, but we often miss you because of the early close.

Extending your hours even by an hour or two could make a big difference, both for your customers and your sales. Just a thought — we’d love to keep supporting you later in the evening!

Great quality ice cream! You can pay more, you can pay less, but you can't replicate this quality! Absolutely the best around. You won't be dissapointed going here.

AWESOME ICE CREAM AND SERVICE..!!

Ok - no cake cones, so got it in a cup. I hate places that make you click through a tip screen… just pay your staff fairly. Tip jars are fine.

The warm chewy crispy waffle and the ooey gooey melty ice cream. Expect 5-10 minutes to cook the waffle after you place order. So good. Would get again!

We got my son's birthday cake here (ice cream cake, 10"!) And it was to die for! Everyone was raving about it. There were no leftovers!!

Norwood Ice Cream was an all-around disappointing experience. The two flavors I ordered were clearly freezer burnt and crumbled apart just trying to scoop them, which is pretty unacceptable for a place serving ice cream. To make matters worse, the staff refused to put toppings directly on top of the ice cream—a bizarre and unreasonable practice that I’ve never encountered at any decent ice cream shop. When asked, they claimed it wasn’t allowed, which left me baffled. As if the poor quality of the ice cream and service wasn’t enough, the taste was bland and icy. The place itself wasn’t much better—the floors were sticky and downright gross. I honestly don’t understand how this place has any positive reviews; they must be from people who haven’t been to any other ice cream shop. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The ice cream texture is similar to what kids learn to make in home economics class— the kind you make in a bag. It was crumbly and freezer burnt. There were no toppings allowed on the ice cream, either. I’m convinced any positive review for this location is because the customers must be either jaded, or never had ice cream outside of Klondike Bars.

I have been meaning to write a review for this awesome shop and today finally pushed me to it; why? The bourbon caramel apple flavor! It was absolutely amazing! I’ve been a die hard toffee coffee girl but this flavor is a fall girlie’s dream! The real apple chunks really made it and I personally topped it off with toffee bits (and a little extra bourbon at home), such a treat! This shop hasn’t failed me yet with their product or service- I definitely recommend!

Went one day and was ignored over 10 minutes to place my order. Staff was talking amongst themselves while I was waiting. Went in another day and asked for toppings on my sundae to be told I could not have them because they were for the waffle cones. I told them I would pay extra but was told no. I never go back again

I wish I knew her name but there was only one employee working at the time I was there, and she did a fantastic job keeping the line moving. I was so impressed with her patience and pleasant manner. She did a really nice job. Ice cream is always delicious.
