Ordered online with the titan turkey which has extra turkey and I added extra lettuce to my order. When I received my order there was small amount of turkey there is suppose to be 16 slices of turkey got 5 and light lettuce. And she refused to do anything about it.

The workers don't get taught anything about service. The one male worker was rude and very slow for someone who has worked there for more than a year😅. Food is good but the workers are awful low-key...

Literally the slowest and most incompetent employees I have ever encountered. Didn't ask what cheese we wanted if any, just put a tiny dusting of Monterey Jack cheese on. Asked for extra lettuce and dude literally put like 7 shreds on and had to be guided through every step of how to make a sandwich. Train your employees PROPERLY or close down. Never returning.

The people who own this place have to be the cheapest people on the planet. They put literally 5 slices of ONION on their nearly 16 dollar subs.
If you ask for more they maybe will put one more miniscule piece of vegetable matter on it. The quality of the ingredients is terrible too. Don't eat here.
I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to come with half a pound of protein... what I got was a joke. Just take a look at the photo. It's 95% bread, with barely a few thin slices of meat and cheese hidden in the middle. Absolutely not what was advertised.
Not only was it cheaply made, but it also felt like a total scam. If I wanted a loaf of bread with a sprinkle of deli meat, I could’ve done that at home for a fraction of the price.
Subway used to be reliable, but now it feels like they’re cutting corners on everything.
Extremely disappointed. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless they seriously fix this.

I have visited the Subway inside the Eldersburg Walmart twice within the past 6 months. Both times I stopped by, I stood in line for 15–20 minutes without being served. Eventually, I just gave up and left. Twice. Same exact experience, months apart. I get that things can get busy, but this felt more like a total lack of customer service or staffing. Honestly, it’s made me give up on trying again.
If you're in the area and hoping for a quick sub, you’re better off walking over to Jersey Mike's which is in the same parking lot.
I gave 1 star only because I was required to. They should get 0 stars for the lack of urgency and/or staffing levels that are creating this issue.

Had it with this location. Same owners for well over a decade, even when they were at the old walmart location. Used to love them, but they keep getting worse and worse. Past several times I ordered extra meat and they did not put it on. They are so cheap with how much cheese and toppings they put on. Also every online order they take 40 minutes or more to make it, well past the time claimed online. I started going to other subway locations and had much better experiences there. Decided to come back here because I was in town and hoping they went back to being good like i remember long ago. Nope, same problems, worse than ever.
I attempted to put an order in last night at 8:50. The app said to order before 9 because the location would not receive it due to the restaurant closing at 9:30. So I ordered within those requirements. The app confirmed that the restaurant received my order for my one sandwich and deducted the money from my bank account, I also received a confirmation email.
I arrived at 9:04 and was greeted by two teenagers, a young lady and young man whom had just finished closing up the Subway and were almost finished closing up the Annie Anne's connected to the Subway. The you lady greeted me with a "Are you here to pick up the online order?", acknowledging my order, and then "Sorry, we're not making the order because it did not come through." 🤔. I was confused and showed my app and confirmation email, the young man employee paced around the restaurant with a grin. She responded with "Well, we're closed now so we can't make it, sorry" I replied "Ok well I will just be back in the morning" and she promptly walks to the back. Talks loudly back and forth with the other employee and then comes back out 30 seconds later claiming "I just called my manager and they said since we did not receive your order on our end then we can not make it, and if you want a refund you need to call corporate in order to get your money back" I then asked for a phone number and she then instructed me to "Google it, you should find a number that way. But we're closed now, so sorry" and then walks to the back again.
This is the second issue I've had personally since this location has hired these kids. The last time I put in an online order, I waited an hour past the the app telling me my order was ready. I have heard plenty of other issues from family and friends that I will not speak on because I did not experience it first hand. I am returning today to attempt to find some kind of resolution, and I will update this review promptly.
Update: I returned to the store and the owner was there this morning. He apologized and made my sandwich. I am also receiving a full refund through Subway corporate.

I went today Friday January 11th to buy one foot long and one six foot long and two sodas the lady charged me $35 dollars cash she didn’t give me receipt. Im sure she changed me too much. Please the owner or the manager contact me . For more the details.

Google says closes at 9:30, they actually close at 9. They wouldn't even sell us food out of the auntie Anne's warmer, said they shut their system down already.
First they don't take coupons here, second they short you on meat. I know the sandwich didn't come with 3 pieces of roast beef it's 4. Exactly 4 cucumbers, 4 tomatos....... had to make her put a decent amount of lettuce on so i had some lunch inbetween the bread .... I don't need that mess. Subway is 1 star and so is the walmart it sits in. Keep being short on portions and see if you don't get replaced by some chicken place. It would fit the culture better for the area anyways
