I received my order that my mom had sent me money for (a treat for the kids because they had a good first week at school) I didn’t have enough for a tip and I’m a struggling mom of 4 so I didn’t have enough to put one. Delivery driver stood at my door , (I was doing my youngest hair for school tomorrow) and my oldest daughter took it from him and he asked my daughter if “your parents are home” which I replied, “oh I’m right here.” Then said “thank you!” Thinking he would walk away and leave. No. The guy practically came in my door and said “you good?” I said “yep” he goes “no tip? There was none on the card?!” I said “oh i, uh..” (still fumbling with daughter’s hair). Then he continued to just stand there and stare at me while he’s half way in my house, would not leave. So I had my daughter go get her jar she had saved money in and gave him the $3 they had in it telling them I’ll replace it as soon as I get paid. He left and I’m still in freaking tears. I understand there’s a thing of “if you don’t have it don’t order” but my mom was just trying to do something nice for my children and make them feel special. I am lost for words.
Wings are small and greasy, the pizza is nowhere near the best, and the delivery guy is very rude and when given too much money tried to leave without even offering the change! 10/10 definitely do not recommend! Worst pizza place in town!

Customer service sucks there and the lady Shelly was very disrespectful and I think that’s her boyfriend back in the back there
They never came out to see if I needed anything else and when I was standing up front to order something else the where in the back and I could see them making out and touching each other not something I wanted to see I also had my kids with me

Tall blonde manager was very rude and ignorant during my interaction much better service through the week at new Windsor location with the manager there and as I drove by an employee was dancing on the table I overheard some racist comments and the manager was laughing at him and encouraging the behavior to continue

Ordered dinner last night. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak flip, cheesesteak sub, crab balls and fresh cut old bay fries. Very disappointed for the money we spent. Crab balls were dry and over cooked, fries were soggy and had so much old bay on them your mouth would be on fire after eating a few. The flip had chunks of chicken not like a chicken cheesesteak that I ordered. The sub was supposed to include sweet peppers and mushrooms in the price but when you select your toppings there is an upcharge for them even tho the listing says it's included.

Decided to give this place a try and boy was I disappointed. Placed my order over the phone and was very clear I had a gluten allergy. When I pulled into the restaurant to get my food which was a chicken Caesar salad very hard to mess up it's literally chicken cheese romaine lettuce and croutons. The salad had no cheese and the chicken had a strange taste so I called back and asked what it was and they told me it was an ingredient that contained gluten plus tasted terrible to me. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food the waitress was out front smoking a cigarette she went into the restaurant and never washed her hands. After being on the baseball field for 8 hours and driving from Littlestown to Taneytown I did not feel like going back and getting my money back that night so I asked for them to hold it for me. I told the girl on the phone I have somebody here to eat the salad if that was okay and she responded Yes and I'll just go get something else to eat which I was very unhappy about. I finally went on Monday morning to get my refund which was $15 and the owner was there and told me he can't give me a refund without bringing back my salad I said are you kidding me when I was on the phone with your employee they said that was fine so I gave the salad to one of my son-in-laws. In all my life in all the customer service ive personally given and having my own restaurant I have never encountered such a ridiculous petty owner. Normally I wouldn't post these type of things because I understand that you can't please everybody but this guy really was the icing on the cake not to mention the food is terrible and it looks like a discount flea market inside. I hope that anyone considering ordering from this place reconsider and save your money they don't deserve to have any business whatsoever.
Lastly the main reason I didn't bring the salad back is because this restaurant was not close to me I drove to give them a try and I certainly wasn't going to drive back at 9:00 at night after being in the hot sun all day at baseball tournaments. When you have a restaurant business you AND your emploees need to pay close attention to people with allergies. Thank God I didn't have an anaphylactic reaction because it could have went very bad even though I just was sick all night from the couple bites that I ate nonetheless I was still sick and it wasn't worth it. I don't understand why I would have to rush the salad back for their mistake. Plus For the owner to sit and literally call me a liar and tell me I have to bring a 3-day-old salad back was absolutely ridiculous. You could clearly tell he doesn't know how to run a successful business. He allows an ash tray practically right outside the front door that smells terrible, counter help that doesn't wash their hands, no phone etiquette poor customer service and terrible food on top of it. In the end I left his $10 that he threw on the counter at me so all in all I paid for the salad and the the gas for the two trips to this crappy place. If I could give it zero stars I would

We just moved into the area and were looking for a good pizza place, and some wings. We found both at the same place! The pizza was good, but the wings were even better! The customer service is out of this world, and we'll definitely be back time and time again!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, wish I thought to take a picture of what it looked like when I opened the box 🙄…cheese and toppings slid and covered half the pizza, went over the crust and all over the inside of pizza box. It was cold (but I can deal with that I am a far delivery) however the way the driver raced down my 1/2 mile gravel driveway, did a u turn and came back to give me the pizza… no wonder it was all over the box and not on the pizza. Sadly this is the second time this has happened. Don’t think I’ll be ordyfrom here anymore.
