I stopped in to order a simple black coffee, and the experience was honestly disappointing. When I picked up my cup, the lid was smeared with what looked like coffee mixed with cream and sugar—exactly the opposite of what I ordered. It was messy, sticky, and honestly pretty disgusting.
Not only did it make the drink unappealing, but it also made me question the care and cleanliness behind the preparation. A basic cup of black coffee shouldn’t come with a dirty lid. This really took away from what should have been a quick, easy stop.

Last 4 times I've ordered a sandwich with extra egg and paid for extra egg only to find i only got a single egg. They sound annoyed when taking orders at the drive thru. And this last time my gf ordered and they did it again and also got the drink wrong.

Asked for flavored coffee with the number of pumps creamer and sugars I like. Ordered many times at different locations. A couple times now after leaving drive thru I find I get nothing that I ordered. No flavor and a lot less cream and sugar than what I asked for. They were fast but now I know why, nobody is getting the difference in what they ordered.
