I go to Taneytown McDonald’s at least once a week as a group. Amanda Owen’s is a great friendly person. I do not know her personally but I have never seen her slacking off her job or being anything but nice to people. Tonight 11/19/24 we overheard her coworkers talking about a costumer complaining about her and she got demoted and lost a whole week’s paycheck!! I went to Tawneytown McDonald’s this am to buy breakfast for my grandkids. There was a sign that said choose any line any time. The second line was closed!!therefore I waited to be served an extremely long time. I over heard the previous customer inquire about the long wait time & the server say she was new.
