Ordered two big breakfast with extra egg. The bag used was to small so the breakfast containers were placed on their side and the juices from the eggs and sausage leaked all over and soaked through brown paper bag. Really dont think i recived all the extra egg that should have been included on one of the breakfasts. So overall very disatisfued with a leaking bag and not reciving all that i was charged and paid for.

Drive thru,a little slow but food was made correctly.we also got a chicken sandwich but not a burgerking chicken.thats not avail.at mcdonalds but nice option selection google

I’m tired of coming here, paying full price for my order and not getting what I pay for. This location misses at least 1 item from my order every time I come here. I paid for a 10 piece nugget meal and the fries were in my bag, no nuggets. This is an everytime experience and I’m over it.

Ok so! Come one! Mcdonalds is never the best. It is always something! I specifically asked the girl at the window is the Barbecue sauce in the bag. She said yes! Well guess what? No sauce at all! It is such an easy simple job! Mcdonalds employees never get it right! What are the requirements to be hired? This is all I am saying!

I go to Taneytown McDonald’s at least once a week as a group. Amanda Owen’s is a great friendly person. I do not know her personally but I have never seen her slacking off her job or being anything but nice to people. Tonight 11/19/24 we overheard her coworkers talking about a costumer complaining about her and she got demoted and lost a whole week’s paycheck!! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of!!!! Brian Valentine, you should be ashamed of yourself for believing the customer over your employee’s. I have known people that do things like this just to get free food or maybe the customer has a grudge against her!! Did you ever think of investigating? Asking the people working with her that night? The employees told us she threw the meal away and gave her all fresh food!!!! You are a disgraceful person to not even find out the truth and give such a harsh punishment!!!!😡😡😡😡 I have heard other people complain about you but there is nothing they can do but except your decision!!!!! I think they should all get together and go to the Better Business Bureau.
So my food wasn’t very good there was a roach on my fries but I just wanna shout out the drive thru worker Chloe she was so nice and kind her service was amazing with my old age I’ve never seen a better customer service voice and attitude than hers.
