This McDonald’s is the only place there is to eat in tanetyown as far fast food. Now mind you for some reason they can’t ever get an order right they park you forget your items so I haven’t been there in a while last night. I went there on a win because I needed something quick for my kids. I asked for that I go in nobody’s in there at all the manager sitting on her butt on her phone Completely Clueless about what’s going on as I’m asking for a sauced that seems to be a serious problem At this location, I go up to and I’m like I have a question why every time there is something a customer needs there’s always a problem with it. She had the audacity to look at me and look And not even say a single word to me, so my response to her was wow !! Needless to say, I did go and I called corporation and made a formal complaint about it. I try not to be a complainer, but this is every time you literally have anything. With your order or anything like that, their management is completely horrible. Their staff is completely clueless. They raised their prices to never have good food or customer service. I wish I didn’t have to go there but the only place quick in town. That they would have much better service than they do, but they never do. They also have their play place closed down at the most ridiculous times of the day so kids can’t play during a lunch. It’s sad how these American restaurants that once was a place for people to go and have a nice lunch have completely gone down.. She definitely doesn’t need her job. She’s completely ignorant and I don’t know how that’s a manager..

The quality here has TANKED. I swear the cooks are back there pre punching the sandwiches. And they’re always on burnt bread. The employees don’t even understand what I’m saying when I have to return my drink to be fixed due to it being out of soda syrup and only tasting like soda water. I’ve never even worked at a McDonald’s before and even I know better. They have some hard working employees here but it’s only a handful of amazing ones. The rest are either slacking or struggling with the fast pace of the job. Considering this is a franchise location you’d think the owner would care but they still make sales so the owner doesn’t care. All in all this place has helped me stop eating McDonald’s all together so for that I thank you. (Asked for Mac sauce on chicken sandwich and not only did they barely add a dribble they smashed the sandwich and even burnt the burger bun smh

Literally always forget the sauce. Added it to every single meal order I had. 2 happy meals and 1 $5 meal deal. The sauce is literally always forgotten. Actually VERY annoying. If it is on the ticket, add it to the damn bag. Every time I order the sauce is ALWAYS forgotten.

Took a while to get the attention of someone to help me and when I finally got my food the burger was almost uneditable..I got pickles when I requested none..the burger bun looked like it's got stuck in the toaster and the meat looks like it's been hanging around a while...it's usually not this bad but, today it was.

The absolute slowest mcdonalds i have ever been to. It gets worse and worse everytime and the employees act like they could not care less about you getting your food

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a latte and waited 15 minutes, standing right in front of the counter the entire time. The staff simply forgot about my order, and no one even apologized. Not a single offer to make up for the delay — not even a simple ice cream. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location! The last 2 times I’ve ordered curbside it’s been an issue. I let the boy throw my bag of food at a family member and now this evening the disrespect. It’s unreal when I’m spending my hard earned money at this business.
