Food was made to order. My floors and play area was absolutely disgusting. But the staff was wonderful and everything came out so fast. I hate to complain.

Got a 10 piece meal and when asked for sauce i said honey mustard, then asked “what else” i asked of an additional sweet and sour sauce, which i had to pay extra for. After getting my stuff it only had the “one” sweet and sour i had paid for! Every time i visit this place they always seem to forget something or give me the wrong meal!

Years later and it's still one of the worst McDonald's. They still forget your items or just give you something other than what you've ordered. The drive thru also takes forever. I don't know how this place is still in business.

Good service occasionally. I ordered mcdelivery this evening, a small order. When my food was delivered, my sandwich was missing. I called the doordasher, who apologized and offered to go back and get my sandwich. I then received a text from her apologizing because she was not allowed to do this. I had to call doordash and bottom line, I was refunded for my sandwich. No dinner:(

I have ordered here five times in a row, they are constantly messing up my order and even charging me incorrectly. I ordered a double quarter pounder every single time, I have been given a single quarter pounder and charged for a double. The next day I was given a double cheeseburger instead. One day I was given it with no meat inside. They are constantly messing up my order. This place is NOT reliable for giving you the correct order.

I got a coke. That was it. I drank it on the way back home. 20 mins after getting home I have the most insane stomach pain and diarrhea. I’ve heard this place was dirty but I figured a coke would be safe… I understand correlation does not equal causation but there was nothing else in my day that could have caused this.

27 minutes ago New Let’s just say The lady taking my order was nice And spoke really good English , thank u , The problem is whoever made the food had egg shells in my egg, and I said to put my egg on the side for the second order because my daughter is allergic to eggs and they didn’t do that and they never gave me or put splendor in my coffee I stopped eating at this place years ago at Taneytown Md McDonald’s the one in Lisbon is so much better. I wait 45 minutes to eat there every morning I thought give my local McDonald’s a shot and they failed even the manager could not understand what I was saying and I’m not racist or not, but they have no understanding on communication when they said they are the manager. They took my code and use it for a free coffee when there was supposed to use it for my breakfast sandwich, but he did mention he would replace all that if I come back The next day no thank you

If you are not in the drive through, you will wait 20 plus minutes. They prioritize drive through and do not pay attention to in store. Management change is needed!
If you go inside to order you have to yell at them to order they totally ignore you .If there was another fast food restaurant in Taneytown (and I don't mean Taco Bell)this place would dry up and blow away.

This McDonald’s is the only place there is to eat in tanetyown as far fast food. Now mind you for some reason they can’t ever get an order right they park you forget your items so I haven’t been there in a while last night. I went there on a win because I needed something quick for my kids. I asked for that I go in nobody’s in there at all the manager sitting on her butt on her phone Completely Clueless about what’s going on as I’m asking for a sauced that seems to be a serious problem At this location, I go up to and I’m like I have a question why every time there is something a customer needs there’s always a problem with it. She had the audacity to look at me and look And not even say a single word to me, so my response to her was wow !! Needless to say, I did go and I called corporation and made a formal complaint about it. I try not to be a complainer, but this is every time you literally have anything. With your order or anything like that, their management is completely horrible. Their staff is completely clueless. They raised their prices to never have good food or customer service. I wish I didn’t have to go there but the only place quick in town. That they would have much better service than they do, but they never do. They also have their play place closed down at the most ridiculous times of the day so kids can’t play during a lunch. It’s sad how these American restaurants that once was a place for people to go and have a nice lunch have completely gone down.. She definitely doesn’t need her job. She’s completely ignorant and I don’t know how that’s a manager..
