Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a latte and waited 15 minutes, standing right in front of the counter the entire time. The staff simply forgot about my order, and no one even apologized. Not a single offer to make up for the delay — not even a simple ice cream. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location! The last 2 times I’ve ordered curbside it’s been an issue. I let the boy throw my bag of food at a family member and now this evening the disrespect. It’s unreal when I’m spending my hard earned money at this business.

Service is horrible. Takes forever to get your food. The people that work there purposely ignore you. They forget to give you something in your order.. You are waiting at the window while trying to get someone's attention. If you don't have good customer service, this is not a job for you. Get a different job!

Honest if I could give zero stars I would. Taneytown has a reputation for not getting orders correct and people not communicating. Management has no drive to correct this issue.

Ordered six sandwiches for my family and the front lady “couldn’t” give me my six sauces, even though they’re priced as $0. Ridiculous!
Will not be coming back to this McDonalds and it’s very sad Cux all I eat from there is fries and they still weren’t even close to being edible . Like i work in fast food and I would never serve non edible fries. Didn’t have anytime to go back I don’t live in the area I called twice but no one picks up the phone . Hm go figure . And I got a large and it was filled like a small a medium. Couldn’t even pay me to eat there NEVER AGAIN . Worst McDonald’s EVER . NEVER AGAIN will I spend a dime or even a penny to eat there … beyond upset . Do better !

4pm om January 28th, managers were screaming very rude interrupting our dining experience, got less nuggets then ordered and both my wife and I had our burgers messed up with special instructions completely ignored! Highly recommend you do not go here.

When ordering at the kiosk don't just assume your meal will be brought out to your table. When understaffed they call out your order number and you have to go to the counter to get it.
