This place had gone down hill in the past few years. But they recently got new management and the changes are noticeable. We went to their Trunk-Or-Treat event and then went back tonight. The manager was actively cleaning the carpet in the dining room and stopped to welcome us. The girl making the food was friendly and fast.
Keep up the good work Pizza Hut. We'll be back.

Looks a little dingy inside but it was fast good service I ordered carryout with the bigger dinner box the dry Cajun chicken bites are to DIE for and for the pizzas I ordered I got one cupped pepperoni one pineapple (needed to try it) and some of they're breadstickes as well!! Just please be careful of the big pothole on the way in! Alll around it's a great addition to taneytown proper and I hope they make enough money for a renovation one day! They deserve it and to be kept in consideration for a cheap bite on a Friday night

Today September 5, 2024 at 7:11 pm, I decided to place an online order at this Pizza Hut Rest. Twenty minutes later went to pick my order, pay the bill and once my order showed up, the cashier call his crew and asked why the messed up pizza. They look to one another, started laughing and make me wait for almost 20 additional minutes. This was once a nice place, today they show no respect to their customers. It seems to me that today's experience is an invitation to no longer patronize this place.

Bad Experience ….We ordered pizza over the phone at 8:45 PM my husband went to pick it up there was one guy at register that had no idea what was going on ..He said he was waiting for someone to help him but she was in the bathroom and he didn’t know how to use the register and had no idea about the pizza we ordered.. The guy walked back in the kitchen, the lady never came back out of the bathroom .NOBODY THERE….we waited over a 1/2 hour.. we went to our car to call and see if we could call a manager and then all the sudden the restaurant closed all the lights off we could not come back in to get our pizza WOW this was like a horror movie we just dodged the hell out of there…pitch black parking lot..What kind of business is that?

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!! Do not waist time getting food from here! 3 times, food was cold, 3 times order not complete, 3 times can’t get anyone to answer the phone to correct order.
Food overpriced for poor quality!
This place should close and put everyone out of the misery!

Pizza tasted like cardboard, floor was sticky, no actual service have to order at the counter, associate wasn't very friendly, ac was barely working so it was hot and sticky inside as well
Pizza Hut is trying to "clean up their act" with the $12 large pizza w/up to ten toppings. It was ok ($12 helped) but they have a ways to go.

After placing my order on line I realized that I needed to change something, the lady was nice on the phone and said sure we can do that well when my husband got there they charged him almost $10 more and he didn’t know and paid it, well I had already paid on line I wasn’t informed they were charging to change my order what would have been $1 on line (which I would have paid) they charged almost $10!! Had she told me that I would have said oh sorry never mind but when I called all I got was oh sorry she is new ?♀️ after arguing that shouldn’t be my fault I was offered $5 credit but that still was not right I could have gotten 2 pizzas on line.
