Food was undercooked all of my toppings fell off of my pizza when removed from box I did not enjoy my food only thing good about the whole experience was the satisfaction I got from throwing it in the garbage.

My service at this location has increased so much over the last couple of months. I got a carry out order today, and I cannot say enough good things about Amber and her staff. Even with the cold and snowy weather today, Amber greeted me with the friendliest and warmest smile, as she always does. She makes me feel like an old friend instead of a guest, she truly cares. Our food hot, ready before we arrived, and so delicious. Whatever Amber has done with this location over the last few months has been, she is doing an amazing job. Highly recommend Amber and her team at this location :)

I just recently moved and called the nearest Pizza Hut to see if they delivered to my new place. I could tell right away I was speaking with a call center which is NOT COOL PIZZA HUT! She confirmed delivery and took my order and ran my CC. After an hour I called the store and spoke with Amber the GM to find out they don’t deliver to me and my order is nowhere to be found!
I’m did end up placing an order with Amber because she was so helpful and Amber is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars!!!
Shame on you Pizza Hut for outsourcing to a call center, and shame on you for cutting your pan pizza in half. Pan pizza is supposed to be thick.

I feel like there is only ever 1 person working there but they are always so nice and helpful! Today the employee ran the items to my car since it wasn't ready when I went in. Pizza and wings were cooked perfectly!

I ordered a pizza and they added red meat which I don’t eat. I asked them to remake it and they messed it up again the second time too lol the sauce is regular tomato AND it’s way undercooked and still doughy. It’s a pizza with bbq sauce chicken onion and pineapple…. Nothing fancy.

Staff are awesome 👍 pizza was a little heavy on the sauce. I feel that the sauce was changed some. Doesn't taste like it uses to be. Drink's (bottle soda)was charged heavy. Drink's came to 8.00 dollars but showed on credit card and extra 8.00 dollar. So it's costed 16.00 dollars for 3 soda Wow not worth it. But staff were very helpful and service was awesome. The table were not cleared and cleaned. Looks like they were short on employee. Wonder why?

This was lousy. Pizza is way out of the price for a ten inch. Each time we order things get smaller. Cheesey bread sticks were brown and hard as a rock. Needs to go the way of Littlestown pizza hut.

This place had gone down hill in the past few years. But they recently got new management and the changes are noticeable. We went to their Trunk-Or-Treat event and then went back tonight. The manager was actively cleaning the carpet in the dining room and stopped to welcome us. The girl making the food was friendly and fast.
Keep up the good work Pizza Hut. We'll be back.

Looks a little dingy inside but it was fast good service I ordered carryout with the bigger dinner box the dry Cajun chicken bites are to DIE for and for the pizzas I ordered I got one cupped pepperoni one pineapple (needed to try it) and some of they're breadstickes as well!! Just please be careful of the big pothole on the way in! Alll around it's a great addition to taneytown proper and I hope they make enough money for a renovation one day! They deserve it and to be kept in consideration for a cheap bite on a Friday night

Today September 5, 2024 at 7:11 pm, I decided to place an online order at this Pizza Hut Rest. Twenty minutes later went to pick my order, pay the bill and once my order showed up, the cashier call his crew and asked why the messed up pizza. They look to one another, started laughing and make me wait for almost 20 additional minutes. This was once a nice place, today they show no respect to their customers. It seems to me that today's experience is an invitation to no longer patronize this place.
