Employees absolutely do not care, or at least the ones I've had in my 4 or 5 visits don't. I really like Subway subs but I don't feel like I can go to this location anymore after my wife got food poisoning the last time we ate there.Ironically the atmosphere here is better than the food or service and it's literally a gas station Subway.

First time there and last time.Told us they had a sale, 3 subs for 17 something, he said it would come to 19.08$. Credit card was already in, got charged 28.28$. When I asked why, he said its because he had to charge me for the extra pepperoni, which is 1.50 for pepperoni, as it shows on receipt.I asked for just mayo cause they were out of bbq, and I ended having a Mayo soup in my sub.

If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't bother leaving a review (plus i prefer leaving positive reviews), but I've had this happen exact issue happen multiple times now with this location. I ordered The Monster sandwich on app and ended up with some chicken sandwich with spicy sauce. I called and they said to come back, but the whole reason I ordered online to pick it up is because of my busy schedule. I don't have the time to back to get the sandwich I ordered.Please do something and fix this reoccurring problem because I want to support my local subway. It's not like we have many food options in Taneytown as it is.Now I know why my partner refuses to go there.

That was a great experience, the two fellows working were polite and fast! They made 3 beautiful subs! I worked a subway for 5 1/2 years, they did really well!
I changed my review. This subway is no longer fit to eat at or be employed at with how both customers and employees are treated. The food from the things I saw personally during preparation and from getting sick one time from eating there. Never again.
