This Subway franchise is inside the Sunoco gas station. It was cramped into a very small space. The floor is uneven and on a slant. The preparation area does not appear clean. There are so many old stickers on the glass sheild, the customer can barely watch the preparation of their sandwich. Staff was attentive and polite. Compared to most Subways, the construction of this franchise is disgusting, unappealing and therefore gives the appearance of uncleanliness.
Most of the staff is kind and courteous. A couple of the others, not so much. "The Others" make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor and that you are an inconvenient annoyance. The subs are good, I just think some of the staff at Taneytown's location needs an attitude adjustment.
