When I walked in they greeted me even though I came in late ! The front counter associate Erika handled my order very well and had very great customer service from beginning to end! Would definitely recommend coming here , I know I’m coming back !

“My recent visit to Chick-A-Licious was disappointing, primarily due to the poor customer service. The cashier was rude, stiff, and stand-offish, making the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. When a customer politely asked for tissue to use in the restroom, the employee flatly stated they didn’t have any without even attempting to find a solution or help. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, and this lack of basic courtesy really overshadowed the dining experience. If good service and a welcoming environment are important to you, I wouldn’t recommend visiting here.” However the food was good.

The food was pretty good, but was overshadowed by the horrible customer service. The lady at the register working in the evening with the bonnet and mask on had a HORRIFIC attitude. I greeted her upon entry and she acted as if she had never tried any of the food, couldn't make a recommendation, and did not want to be there. Usually I am understanding of bad days, but she went out of her way to make my experience tough. I paid for a ranch and asked for an extra when I left, and she rudely said “That’s $0.79”, (which wouldn't have caused alarm if I hadn't seen she just given another customer 2 ranches for free). Then when I got home I saw the ranch container was less than 10% filled. It felt intentional.
Other than that, the men cooking in the back were working hard and the food looked freshly prepared. The sandwiches were good and the lemonade was tasty. Fries were fresh cut. I would have eaten here again if the customer service was better.

First time here and the food was amazing. I had the loaded fries with chicken and my friend had the buffalo /lemon pepper tenders. The owner interacted with us , the employees were pleasant. Will definitely come back to try more!

Finally ordered from here 9/2024 & this place has me in a chokehold! They stay open late 7 days a week which is a huge plus to me. I've had their Ceasar salad with tenders which was good. Their party wings were kinda hard but still good and the tenders are by far my most favorite. They are juicy and flavorful! All my selections were to go orders however inside does have a seating area that's pretty decent.
10/2024 back for an update. The pic attached is for my Sep. 2024 review. Chicken tenders are still delicious however they are getting smaller each visit. The chicken party wings is missing seasoning and during lunch time there is quite a bit of delay which is expected due to how popular this restaurant is.
