Ordered at 3:51pm, its 4:42. They didn’t start preparing my order until I came in and asked. Excuses were made and staff was hardly working. Only started working once customers started piling up inside.

This order is why I'll never orfsr from this shop ever again. I did an advance order at 8 am for noon my food was sitting done by 1140 and wasn't delivered until 1:20 pm. I called multiple times and was left unanswered. I would recommend no one order here. My food was also lukewarm when it got here.

As a 13-week pregnant woman, I ordered pizza from this location for convenience, only to receive one pie with no sauce and another undercooked. Despite returning twice, I was met with hostility, dismissiveness, and even laughter from staff. Management refused to give names, denied issues, and withheld my refund after I took a photo for proof. This left me stressed, exhausted, and feeling threatened. I expect corporate to address this location’s lack of accountability and service.
