I order today April 23,2025 at your Branch Ave Marlow Hgts location. My order was wrong talk to theMgr Ernest he was laughing I told him the my pizza don't look right was getting it for my Mother and we always get it from that location it don't look right He told me he put extra on my pizza not what I ask for.He Put Me on hold forever just everything was wrong for him to be a Mgr he can't handle little problems. Going to do a review on everything!!! And call the DM it always something at this location
If I could have left my Mother I would have went somewhere else.So Unprofessional, All the time.

Yeah, they seem to fail at paying attention to details. Almost every time that I've ordered Pizza there, we never get the right crust, the pizzas are half done or we get the wrong ingredients. I tell people it has to be one of the worst poorly managed Domino's store in the area... Employees there seem to be always using profanity. It's not good and service is not that great. It makes me mad when I get home with the pizza and it's not up to par. When are they planning to do something about this store? If I should ever patronize this store again, I hope that I can get it on video for customers to see what they waste their hard-earned money on too. They need to close this store.

Trash service instead of reading the directions that say “leave at the door” they call once and text you right after saying they called “multiple times” lls…I tell them they can leave it at the door which they waited 20 more minutes on top of the 40 minutes of already being late…my first and last time ordering here…I got my refund so it’s all good…

This is the 3rd sorryist Dominos I ever ordered from in MD. Delivery was late...usual. But this "italian" sub got me ctfuuu😂. Like, am I tripping or do it look like pizza bread 🍞! Then I get Soggy loose greasy doughy pizza..Nothing cut right, pizza can't even be a slice without ripping...Then, when I call the store the manager has an answer for everything that I'm dissatisfied with. Arguing, not listening...After all that, he says, "All I can offer you is a free sandwich on your next order...like I would want another one?? Wasted time and money. I should've got a Digiorno 😒😒🙄
Ordered on the app and it arrived 2 hours late. After calling the store several times someone finally answered and said that it is "on its way" without any explanation of the delay. She then hung up on me. If I could rate this store -5 stars I would.

Closed at 9:00 pm When online said 12am, watched me knock on the door WHILE ON THE PHONE TAKING A CUSTOMER ORDER and when I tried to call and place an order they watched the phone. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN! & a driver pulled up and told me they wasn’t closed and I needed to Knock on the door but he still entered and they both act like I wasn’t there
