I do not recommend doing take out. I order a chicken hibachi dinner, which wasn’t cooked the same as if you were to din in. My vegetables were drowning in juice and they poured my chicken straight on top of all that juice. The fried rice taste nothing the same as the normal hibachi. I think it’s wrong to charge people for a hibachi that’s not made as hibachi. I’m never eating from here again.

I get the super crunch roll and i get the steak habachi and extra salad dressing for everything. But looking at tbe pictures the wings look good will try that next

Ordered the hibachi combo shrimp and salmon and hibachi combo filet and shrimp. The shrimp and salmon was less than desirable and it only had half a piece of salmon in it but enough noodles and shrimp. The rice was okay. The filet and shrimp was tolerable even though the filet was just regular steak. Gave plenty of rice that was undercooked. Oh and on their website the hibachi combination dinner stated it came with ice cream, however the person at the register said it didn’t plus she was rude. See screenshot and the description. So for the amount I paid for subpar food and no ice cream? Fix your website then and cook your rice thoroughly. Don’t forget to fix your attitude as well. Won’t be coming back. 2 stars is honestly generous.

I go to this lovely place a lot! This is my favorite restaurant to pass a nice evening. I go to this spot frequently. The food is very good, the staff is welcoming and the charge is reasonable. I like meeting in this restaurant to have a good dinner.

Fuji mountain is a good dining choice close to the beltway. You have a choice of halbachi noodles and rice with your meal. Fresh meat and veggies are sure to please your palette.

This place used to be good, at least to me before COVID. The food was ok and the drinks were on point. So after being closed for several months ( take-out only) I called and found out the bar was OPEN..yeah!!!Ummm quite a disappointment. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the drinks.The bar area looked like the old DC jail visiting room. Plastic from the ceiling down to the bar, so there is thick plastic between the bartender and customers, hence DC jail. My friends and I sat at the bar tables, I ordered 2 long islands which were ok. My friend ordered some drink with mango and the fuji wings. I ordered calamari. I think the wings and calamari were cooked in the same 2 day old fish grease. I have neva had calamari that was that nasty. I also noticed that they only took the temperature of folks that were sitting for the hibachi...interesting.Last but not least...they add on 15% gratuity for parties of 1-7, and 18% for more, even if the bill is split.Im not sure if they fired the fry cook or he quit, but that food was NASTY and the prison decor at the bar seating area is tacky.
First time at a Japanese restaurant, must say experience was good and the food quite tasty..

I admire this restaurant! They give great dishes, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the guests is agreeable. I go often to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I highly recommend it.
