My grandson and I visit the facilities on Friday, August 22, 2025 for the first time. We definitely will not be visiting again. The cashier was so rude, impatient, and most of all no customer service. He walked away with and expression on his face. Another cashier stepped up with a smile and completed my order with great customer service skills. I will not be going back to that location. In the past I have visited several and was treated as a customer should be treated. This is not the going to place to spend your money

I spent 50 dollars on fish, that was old and nasty, had to throw the whole tray out. Never again, next I'll stay with sharks fish. They have fake cat fish, but atheist it's good.

I placed an order in person for 4 tenders and fries around 10 pm. 25 minutes later nothing was ready. I had to ask for a refund to go someplace else because it was extremely late and I do not have 25 minutes to be waiting for food at that time. Especially 4 tenders and fries. Do better please!

Visiting and thought I would try something in the hood. We'll I see why this place is in the hood. Placed my order and said 5 times no season on my food. Get the order and they didn't follow instructions!!! Learn how to follow instructions.

3 straight DAYS that sandwich deal is crazy and good Food always come piping hot and it's good the tenders and fries those tenders must be HENS so big but so good the 4 piece is good 6 you'll be full and may save somethin left REMEMBER. the bread is under all the food! I was mad didn't see it till I was done last time. No atmosphere just come and goservice is ok but lack understanding.

I just recently visited this location. After I ordered my food I noticed that an employee was brushing his hair with his hands at the front counter. I also noticed that he had hair all over his shirt from a recent haircut. I pointed it out to the manager and he made him change his shirt. However he didn't use the restroom he changed it right in front of the customers at the front counter. I immediately asked for a refund.

I’ve ordered from here a few times; the food is always tasty and freshly cooked. I even ordered to cater for my New Year’s Eve party and the food was well enjoyed by all.

The food is always a good. With these restaurants it’s always a hit or miss but for the most part it’s pretty good.The service is below average. Their point is to take you order and get you your food. Don’t expect any level of hospitality.Atmosphere??? There isn’t much of one. It feels like a dine in restaurant going out of business soon.
