Today I go that store and ask one lady Do you have fresh cookies she say yes just come out I say ok can I get 1 and she give when I check that cookie cookie was so hard and teste like old I say can I change it she say you touch the cookie i can’t change it.i have a question how can I know if it is good or bad without eating it.i never go there just trash my money.?

They’re realtor getting over now by selling them in bags and boxes. The quality had even changed. They’re sooo flat now. You get 8 cookies for $5 but it’s like you’re getting 4 cookies. I won’t be back! Sorry! It saddens me that you would even lie about the shop next door. That makes it even worse. I have been coming to your store for over 20 years. I clearly know where I got my cookies from. You were the best cookies in town. And yes you have different price points but you need to start back weighing and stop cheating people! The cookies were FLAT!

Outstanding customer service. And to tell you the truth, would you believe? This place has been in business for over 30 years. Still looks the same. You remember when Doctor petcenter was downstairs? And our dogs would escape and run all over the place. Great place Worth every penny!!

I tried ordering some cookies today. Was asked if I was paying cash or card. When I told her card I was directed to the ordering kiosk. Made my selections and placed my card in the machine when prompted. Screen said "approved". The lady behind the county then wanted to act confused. Kept saying we have no order. I showed her my bank app proving the money was approved by my bank. That wasn't good enough. She called her manager and this lady told me that just because my bank shows the they took the money it doesn't mean they got the money. After trying to educate her on how credit cards work and realizing this was a futile effort, I simply asked if I was going to get the product I paid for. She told me no. Now I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. All this for $15. Be careful out there folks. Crooks come in many shapes and sizes.
