I like the Kachi’s on Allentown better. Stopped in here to get dinner. Ordered grilled chicken cilantro. Got home, bit into the chicken, it was disgusting. It was as if someone took an old piece of chicken and recooked it. Do yourself a favor, avoid the diarrhea & go to Allentown or Just go to Sardi’s. ?

Very disappointed in my experience here. Took more than 5 minutes to be greeted when we were the only people in the restaurant. Watched what looked like a previous cancelled order be dumped back into the steam table containers. The food looked old and dry. When I did finally try to place my order I was told that everything except ginger ale was broken on the soda machine. I decided to go somewhere else. Too many red flags to eat here.

Had the pollo saltado and it was delicious. Get some of their green sauce and you are in flavor town.

I normally go to the Kachi's in Allentown but, today I decided to go to the other one. The service was horrible, I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day but it was terrible. At the end I asked if I could put in my phone number to collect my rewards and she skipped past the page to put my number in and said "NO". Never going back to this establishment again. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

To be honest we're on a road trip and needed a bathroom QUICK! My husband thought we'd pulled into a popeyes-came out of the bathroom and ordered tenders..? realizing it wasn't Popeyes he picked out a couple items ( fish and not sure but might have been yucca) and we're back on the road and so pleased with whatever he ordered we plan to stop on our return trip! It was delicious! And the place was very clean.
