Just good vibes and friendly people! The kale is so fresh and full of flavor. The bathrooms were clean, and the owners were very friendly and humble! I would love to visit here more often on my lunch break.
I frequently order salad meals from Kenny Kale via UberEATS, but I finally decided to stop by in person—and I’m so glad I did! I’m obsessed with their kale salad varieties and the banana pudding is next level. The space where it all comes together is spotless, warm, and welcoming. You can truly feel the love and care in every detail. Please support this amazing new business—you won’t be disappointed!
Been eating here for years. Its Foundational Black American owned. Great flavors, fresh produce, served timely and with a smile. What more can you ask for?
I love salad and kale. But this was just literally a bed of Kale. I prefer sweet green it’s a more balanced salad. If you prefer just kale you would love it.
Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype.
I really wanted to love Kenny Kale after hearing great things, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the Oh My Kale salad and the Uncrabakale, plus paid extra for shrimp—which I never received.
The salad was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. Completely lacking in flavor, freshness, or balance. It was completely dry and I ask for jerk sauce; which I never received. As for the tiny bit of “crab” in it was supposed to be lump crabmeat, but every bite was full of shells and backfin scraps. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious choking hazard. The texture and quality were just awful.
Overall, this was a total letdown. Between the missing shrimp, false advertising about the crab, and lack of flavor and seasoning in the salads, it was a complete disappointment and waste of money bc it’s going in the trash.
Great family run restaurant. I do wish you got credit per dollar spent not every $20. I spent $58 before tax, so I only got 4 credits instead of the 6 credits I was expecting
When ordering online it explicitly says select two free toppings. After confirming the order the restaurant alters the receipt to include a charge for the “free toppings”. Fix your UI
Also, crazy salty and the shrimps are not good.
The Oh Kale Yea salad with eggs added was amazing. They had so many options to choose from on the menu. The ambiance is beautiful. This is my new favorite.
I attempted to order just now, the customer service was horrific. The young ladies attitude was terrible. She ignored us standing there for several minutes. When we finally made eye contact with here, she scrunched her face up as of we didn't belong because we were looking at her wondering why she didn't acknowledge us. She finally asked what could she help us with. At that point, I just told her never mind. Her disposition was so nasty.
Salads are delicious. Expensive but worth it. My favorite is the skalemon salad. Been here 3 times and enjoyed it every time.

It not my intention to leave negative feedback but I spent too much on this lunch for me not to have more crabmeat. A few colleagues brought a few salads and received very dry salads, little to no meat and one of my colleagues brought a kale and cranberry salad with one cranberry given. Please do better here. My throat is dry and felt like I was eating a bowl of kale with no dressing and no meat but a few shrimps.
Absolutely delicious!!! The Oh Kale Yea w/ some garlic aioli will always be one of my favorites😋♥️
This kale salad is replete with flavor and I’m discerning when it comes to my culinary preferences. Now the banana pudding had me in a choke hold. As a chef myself, you can trust that it’s authentic when I assure you that everything is delicious.
I really enjoyed my salad. I will definitely be back.
It’s just sooo good! Best salad I ever had.
