God awful customer service. I placed my order via the website at 9:15 pm and arrived at 9:30 to pick up my order. The cashier told me they’re closed and could not issue me a refund. I said excuse me, sir but you do not close until 11:00 PM. It’s 9:30 and what do you mean no refund? He went on to Express - His manager stated that they were closing because they were slow no business and he could not issue me a refund, and no food was  available.
