I have been to this KFC before . Today I went a purchase the $7 box and when I opened ED the box the thigh looked as if it was brunt so I asked for a better looking thigh when the guy in the drive thru gave it back it looked as tho the thigh wasn't done so I decided to go inside when I went inside to ask for another better thigh or just give me another leg they said I xould not have a leg because of the special so I ask for a refund the manager Ms.Jackson told the worker that they didn't give refunds. I'm disappointed and the manager was very very very unprofessional. I will not attend thus KFC again.

I placed the order on the app before driving to the store. The app displayed 5-15 mins, however I waited another 20 mins in the store. There were about 10 customers waiting when I walked in. There was no service, no greetings, no smile but keep telling you that you have to wait. I had to remind the manager that I placed the order before I came in since he kept telling me he needs to fulfill the order for other customers who physically came in before me. Chicken was not crispy when I got it. Do yourself a favor and go to different stores

I ordered two meals it supposed to be here at 4:45 no show than I get a text saying delay another time 5:30-5:50 I called KFC I of the worker said she made my order and it's been pick-up? But no delivery yet so I call customer service they just refunded my money I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back. Because someone stole my food so I see you can't trust the drivers. Or they just give anyone the comes in just standing an looking Probably asked them was they coming to pick up a order. Yes will be the answer it's a free meal to them. Beware of people looking for a hand out they don't have to be on the streets. They are in restaurants too KFC in Temple Texas.

I just left the KFC at 10:10pm and was told it’s closed because it was the first of the month and all the food is completely gone. It’s the 3rd and to serve one car food but rejected everyone in line the store was being cleaned and it looked like it was only one person working. That was a big inconvenience because I called and got the store hours before I drove all the way from north east dc
I always go to this kfc because the food is always fresh and hot. I must let you know I always have to wait for the chicken to cook but that's not a problem for me. I go there because of that. I love the coleslaw and the mash potatoes and gravy.

The chicken is cooked hard and the sides aren't fresh what happened to the hot wings bring them back they were good ,the cookie is not good ,customer service is the worst this KFC is just as bad as Oxon Hill KFC

Ordered directly thru KFC app. They use door dash delivery.. 3 miles away. Driver could not find the hotel , he called but couldn’t understand so after 1 minute hung up. Address texted 3 different ways. **He kept the food, tip and delivery fee. The restaurant 4x no answer, one time got thru immediately disconnected before saying hello. Called overseas corporate calling center they made me repeat what happened twice to 2 different offices. Saw it was canceled issued refund. Could not assist me in getting thru to the restaurant or get my dinner? Hotel without transportation, too late to order something else.
