Second time visiting this KFC - first time have a break but was in area two months later and just as bad as first time . Bathrooms not able to use because yellow tape - employees gossiping - no employees consistently at front counter. Ppl waiting for service and ppl coming in from drive thru complaining! Worst atmosphere ever

This is my second time eating KFC, and it's a really cool location to visit. The drive-through was really easy to use, and you could hear the employees easily. The inside was also clean, and the food was perfectly cooked and hot.

Go else where this place is the worst. The food is horrible and the staff is even worst. They should just shut it down. It's nasty dirty and I must say one of the worst customer experiences I've ever received. After waiting 3 minutes for someone to take my order as the employees walked around like they didn't see me, they got the order wrong and the employee had the nerve to act like I was bothering her. Here's the bonus my elderly father gets out the car because he has to use the restroom. He went to the door and it was locked, so I asked for the key and was told that someone has to let me in because it's for paying customers. I said well I just paid and he needs to go & she took her time. My father was saying please and he started to soil himself, so now she let's him in the bathroom still with an attitude. Yes, I called the manager and I see where her employees get their RUDE attitudes from. She had an attitude because I requested for my order to be corrected and a receipt and of course the printer was not working. I promise you I will never-ever go back to this location or any other locations again. The food was horrible as well. The chicken thighs was about the size of a 50 cent piece. SMH they need to do better. If people stop patronizing, just maybe they will improve on their customer service and the food that they serve customers.

God awful customer service. I placed my order via the website at 9:15 pm and arrived at 9:30 to pick up my order. The cashier told me they’re closed and could not issue me a refund. I said excuse me, sir but you do not close until 11:00 PM. It’s 9:30 and what do you mean no refund? He went on to Express - His manager stated that they were closing because they were slow no business and he could not issue me a refund, and no food was  available. I requested for the young man to call his manager so she could explain to me why I could not receive my food or a refund. The female store manager gets on the phone and tells me it’s not her problem the store closes early, I need to dispute it with my bank and I need to exit out the drive-through.

I went to pick up my order at this restaurant in 15 minutes and after waiting for 5 minutes, I asked for my order and he said, "No, we can't do it." He says I'm already here, I'll show him what's the reason, and I say, "That's your problem, we're not doing it." I say, "I won't do it. Why did he approve the order? I came here, he can't answer that either, and the customer is waiting for food at home, so we're fighting here. After all, they don't give it for free. Why do they see the packages as a return service?" They don't do it either, let them give up their agreements or not, no one should go there. If that's not the reason, why are they there if they don't want to work? After all, they don't work for free, we don't want it for free, it's already paid for, it's completely violating customer rights, leaving the customer hungry with the customer's money, it's a disgrace. I'm complaining about this restaurant, the staff there needs to be put in order. Training needs to be given. These have nothing to do with how to make money and how to treat customers. Thank you.

Food was good. I ordered on line and got their exactly when I was to pick it up. Well it wasn't ready. Then a person order three people after me and received their item before me and we ordered the same thing but I was told that particular item was the hold up. I asked about it and she just said, "yours is coming up"
