Food is not always consistent and taste or the way it cook and I would say the service is average

Placed a mobile pickup order arrived 15-20 minutes after order was placed. When I arrived order was never started as the order was being put together, I told the associate the 3pc was to have 2 wings and s thigh he said I know. Opened the box at home its was 2 legs and a thigh 😑. Asked for Mardi Gras Mustard received honey mustard. Also wanted 2 apple pies got strawberry cheesecake pie. Not a good experience at all.

They didn’t give me my six strawberry biscuits they used this discolored water to make my mango lemonade I didn’t receive my ghost pepper sandwiches after for waiting for 1 hour n half everyone was on the phone

I only order uber eats because of the convenience of the location, however this will be my last time. This is the 3rd time something has been wrong with my order. The first time, they gave me the wrong food, the second this time, they missed my biscuit and this time, there’s no sauce for my tenders or straw and ketchup! The last time, I actually drove back up there to get my biscuit and tell the mgr my experience, she had an attitude! I’m done

I was hesitant to visit this location due to the reviews. While the exterior and entryway were visibly unclean, the inside of the restaurant was well maintained. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, but Marvella handled it exceptionally well. She’s clearly a hard worker who multitasks efficiently, keeping the line moving while preparing orders. My food was fresh, hit and tasted good. Thank you, Marvella and team!

When ordering a large combo the sides were half filled. Not very good. No drinks either.

Oh baby it’s “big box” time you better get yo chicken while it last. 2 pieces white or dark, biscuit, and 2 sides all for $6. Add a drink for an extra $1, this is the deal of the century but it only last until 11/24/24 then it’s gone, get off your cakes and get this fried chicken NOW. If you go go at dinner time when the lines are long but the chicken is HOT!!!!!! Luv dat chicken at Popeyes!!!

They forgot to put my 3 piece chicken tenders in my order yesterday and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call and get a refund

I ordered my food from the app from this store and never received my order.. I went to help support And they closed my case because I used profanity so I made a case without profanity and I was told my order was delivered so I can’t get a refund F THIS STORE AND YALL
