I hadn't gone to this place in years. Went last week on a Thursday, October 2, 2025. The lighting was dim, the food was luke warm and the odor was not to inviting. I was hungry, so I took a chance thinking, I would play it safe and only eat what appeared to look tasty and inviting. I chose the lo mein noodles with vegetables and shrimps. After eating the noodles, I noticed at the bottom of my plate was a sauteed roach. I immediately, took the plate to the register and the lady just replied may I have your card to put your money back on the card. Yes, she reimbursed my money. However, the thought of that roach in my food I just was eating made me sick on my stomach and it caused me to vomit outside of the parking lot.

Got a a sore throat IMMEDIATELY after leaving this establishment ON MONDAY I ate with the silverware if your going to come to rios USE PLASTIC I JUST LEFT THE HOSPITAL FOR STREP THROAT

The restroom will smelling it was dirty in there it's like it never been clean The smell was coming out with all the food was where people was eating at That's not good for no one to come in and see a bathroom like that that time morning at 1100 or noon time or evening time every time I went in there it had a smell coming from the restrooms is dirty in there so I don't come there no more The food was cold it was not hot if you certain hot food your food should be hot not dry looking not looking old looking you got to do better with that restaurant or close it down thanks

Been going to this restaurant for many years. It seems to have changed management/ownership a little while ago.
Food's great with a lot of variety for all diets. If you want all you can eat seafood, this is a good place to go. If you like chitterlings, they have those, too. It's best to go whenever they first open because it's buffet food and is fresher then.
There's a bar with very small TVs around and about four distinct setting sections. This restaurant could use some upgrades and maybe a redesign since the last one they did years ago. The huge back room where they hosted karaoke has been closed for years. I don't know if they still have karaoke Thursdays.
We had a huge gathering of friends and coworkers here over a decade ago, and a lot of people who had just met for the first time are still close friends now.

We used to love going to Rio, haven't went in a few years. Daughter wanted to go to all you can agter graduation last month. When we were ready to go, man maybe 2 things were good, buffett really didn't have to many good options, some of the booths are breaking down, bathroom smelled disgusting and you can smell it before even going in there. You can see where the ceiling had leaks and looked like itll eventually fall down. This place really went downhill I see. We were so disappointed. They need health inspectors in there also. Alot of the food was cold as well. I said wasted our damn money, should have went to Flaming Grille.

07/02/2025- Bad! There is no one in here! Why? The food is cold, awful, the fish smells funny( bad). The staff is rude! The snell of the bathroom is penetrating out through the food area. The floor feels greasy! The decor is dusty! Don’t come here! Okay. They have a bar and music playing loudly! The bar may be your thing! I like food! Thus is not the place to eat! Yuk!and Yuk! * The exterior and interior doors are filthy!

Never will I ever return!! The manager who was also the cashier was beyond disrespectful! I refuse to ever ever spend money here! Space is unclean, service is bad & they allow outside people who are not customers to linger.

I stopped coming for a while, but I end up coming back today. Ate some of the food And they had mold on the cheese I will be calling the inspectors on them. I did not get a refund for my money. They told me that they was going to bring. This is not a place to eat
